Overall Personality: There is no “one word” to describe Professor Ivory. That is because every word that could possibly describe this woman is always preceded by the word “excessively.” Excessively tidy? Yes. Excessively proud? Mhm. Excessively fond of carrots? Do I even need to answer that?
The most immediate, and perhaps the most striking, thing one will notice about Professor Ivory is how organized she is (and by extension, how organized she expects everyone else to be.) From the ornate yet immaculate attire she dons to the very classroom she teaches in, everything about Professor Ivory radiates pristine flawlessness. This of course means that anyone foolish enough to ruin said pristine flawlessness will be subjected to a mighty scorning courtesy of the rabbit Faunus. And, as the saying goes, “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.”
Next up is her pride. Oh boy, her pride. The woman refuses to be seen as weak, and will hide any and all signs of said weakness. What’s this you say? She has a large gash across her chest, oozing blood and guts? Don’t worry, it’s just a flesh wound. This unyielding pride can, in turn, bring forth a lot of shame whenever she makes a mistake or fails a mission.
However, beneath this prideful, strict exterior is a teacher that truly cares for her students’ futures. She wants them to stay safe, she wants them to succeed, and will risk everything to keep them alive.

Semblance: Professor Ivory’s Semblance, named “Rabbit Hole”, is a utility Semblance that allows the Faunus to open up a pair portals anywhere within a 10 meter radius. Anything and everything can enter these portals without interference, often making Professor Ivory susceptible to attacks going through her portals. Portals remain open for the post they are used as well as the enemy’s post, to allow reaction.
Item 1: Professor Ivory’s weapon is a golden pocket watch with an incredibly long chain, allowing it to function as a whip-type weapon. Made of an incredibly durable material, it packs a bigger punch than most would expect!
Item 2: Two vials of Fire Dust, imbued into Professor Ivory’s weapon.

- Hailing from Vale, Doe Ivory was born into a family of White Fang members, back when the organization wasn’t trying to kill anything and everything. She lived a fairly peaceful life, with no true desire to become a Huntress, and while she grew up with a disdain for Humans, she never wished any harm upon them. Of course, there were other Faunus that did. Those Faunus would eventually take over the White Fang, and began partaking in violent acts against Humanity.This was bad for the Faunus race as a whole, since it now gave Humans even more reason to discriminate against them. Soon, Doe’s family found that Vale was no longer a safe place to live in. Between the constant violence of the White Fang and the constant hatred from the Humans, it was all becoming too much to bear.
So they moved. Defecting from the White Fang, Doe and her family went to live in the peaceful kingdom of Bellmuse. And for a while, all was well. Doe’s parents were able to move on from their pasts as White Fang members, and were in an environment where it would not return to haunt them.
For a while, at least.
Eventually, the White Fang caught up with them. They weren’t happy with Doe’s parents’ defection, but more importantly, they were afraid of the information they possessed. Though not stationed in Bellmuse, they were able to send two assassins to intercept Doe’s parents on their way home from work. Doe found out about the murders on the news, and soon entered a state of shock and depression. Her family’s assassination gave birth to both a fear and hatred of the White Fang, and motivated Doe to become a Huntress so she may protect others. Doe was soon sent to live with a wealthy relative in Bellmuse, where she was home-tutored to be a fighter and where the values of cleanliness and order were drilled into her head. The moment she was old enough, the Faunus enrolled at Syne Academy, passing the initiation exam and training to be a huntress.
15 years later, Doe Ivory has returned to Syne Academy in hopes of teaching a new generation of Hunters and Huntresses.

- Doe tossed her blanket to the side and sat up. Sleep blurred her vision, making her eyes water and tears stream down her cheeks. Wiping the blurriness from her eyes, Doe groped around her bed, searching for something to entertain herself with. Her hand grasped something long and hard; a remote control. Her vision now restored, Doe looked at the large, flat-screen TV in front of her bed. With the simple pressing of a button, its colorless screen flickered with light, flashing every color known to man in an instant before settling into a clearer group of shapes and figures. Doe recognized the opening to X-Ray and Vav, but decided she wasn’t in the mood for cartoons today, and so pressed another button to change the channel. The screen changed to a documentary on Grimm. Nope, not interested. Next. Music channel? Nah.
After a few more buttons were pressed, the screen finally flickered to the news channel. Ordinarily, the Faunus girl would simply skip to the next channel, but the sight of dead bodies drew her attention, forcing her to put down the remote and watch the news. She didn’t necessarily like gore, but her childish curiosity automatically forced her to watch anything with violence involved, however horrifying it was.
Wait...those people...are they…?
The girl moved her face closer squinting to see if she could make out the bodies’ features. Her eyes widened, her jaw dropping as she realised she recognized the bodies.
They were her parents. Her parents had been killed.
