Overall Personality: Jack is a loud and prideful person. He is never shy to share his opinions whether others want to hear them or not. He would never turn down a fight and will always fight head on. " Fists never lie" and " Might makes right" have been two saying that have stuck with him over the years. He would always try to fight a battle that he has no hopes of winning. Retreat and surrender are not apart of his vocabulary.He has little regard for his own safety and would take any amount of blows for a friend. He also looks down on those who favor long range combat. He sees this as doing yourself and who or whatever your fighting an injustice.
To others he comes off as a loud warm person that is fun to be around. But he can be quite ill mannered at times, and always knows just the wrong thing to say at any given moment. He takes training very seriously; he has lost nearly all feeling in his hands from his brutal training regimen.

Semblance: Utility: Jacks aura flares around him and an opponent or item are pulled towards him for a few steps. While the target doesn't feel any pain or is caused damage by this it will usually disrupt their balance providing and opening for a follow up attack.
Item 1: Weapon: A pair of dark red gauntlets made of cool steel. They may look basic but they get the job done and could be expanded upon in the future. They reach half way up to his elbow and are actually quite comfy on the inside. While Jack does his best to keep them clean, one would be able to point and a few small dents here and there showing just how well used they are. Most people use gauntlets as armor or even enchant them, but Jack Prefers to wield them as cold hard boxing gloves. Ones punches tend to hurt a lot more when your fist is covered in steel.
Item 2: Armor under his shirt Jack has a breast plate made up various metal strings and cords. This gives his vitals protection and lets him keep maneuverability.

- Jack was born to a happy couple who just both happened to be hunters. Jack idolized his father ever since he was a young boy. he spent hours on end training and mock fighting just to impress him. Part of why he looked up to him was because he was never home. He was always fighting Grim and Jack would hear countless tales of his exploits and battles. This led to him being more and more over joyed when his father did return home to him and his mother. When news of his father's death had reached him he was absolutely devastated. He cried for weeks but refused to commiserate with even his family. He hated looking and feeling like this. Having others around made it worse.
He finally was able to pull himself together after thinking his father hated weakness and that's what crying was. He hardened himself and found resolve. To carry on his father's legacy. He wanted to become a hunter. HIs mother said he shouldn't and tried to dissuade him saying she experienced the horrors he seeks. He took no heed to her words and left home with nothing but a small bag of clothes, a bit of food money, and a pair of old gauntlets his father abandoned. He rose through various hunters schools while using money from odd jobs to support himself. So after a while he was able to raise enough money for the tuition fees was accepted to syne academy. His excitement was great he actually wrote to his mother who he hadn't talked to in years. All the guilt for abandoning his home left when his mother wrote back and said she was proud he could do this by himself but that she still didn't want him to go through with it. Once again complete ignoring his only remaning parent he goes on with high hopes in to the future. .

- His bare fist wet with rain smashed in to the cold hard tree one after another. His face was hard and full of focus. His light gray eyes never wavering from the spot of his punishment. His fist ramming into the bark was the only thing one could hear in the onslaught of rain pouring from the sky. " a few more, just a few more" was muttered by the man "training" alone in the rain. He had been at this for three hours and he didn't want his session to end since a rain storm started only a hour ago. If one were to give this man a second look they would notice that a pair of gauntlets were on the ground beside him.
Jack paused for a moment and looked at his fist. His knuckles were covered blood and th rain was washing it away. HIs face showed no pain as he felt none. The nerves in his hands are used to this kind of punishment and have gave up trying to feel long ago. Jack sighed. This training regimen was to much for his body. Bloody hands and hypothermia were a little overboard for training. He settled on shortening it to a hour and a half and set sights on the filthy probably disease ridden vermin hole of a motel room he calls home. Hey it is cheap if he works.
