Aikomi

Aikomi
Swimming! It was something the synthetic had never done, how exciting! She'd only felt water when she was forced to sleep outside or when she had to take a shower.
So, you can imagine that, as she stood with her feet in the water, she was eccentric. She wore a standard around-the-back bikini top, obviously pink, and what was essentially a skirt around her waist with how frilly and long it was. Again, it was pink.
Every once in a while a wave would smack against her heels, causing her to curl her arms into her chest and wiggle side to side with delight.

Aikomi walked out a bit farther, stopping knee-deep. Twisting her spine, she looked behind her and watched intensely as she lowered the tip of her tail into the water, letting out an "Eep!" at the frigid temperature. In a classic Aiko fashion she repeated the action over, and over, and over, until the water didn't feel cold anymore, which lead to her dipping even more of her tail in and walking out further until she was up to her midsection.
"How do you swim?" did not cross her mind. She was set with standing idly in the water.

Quill Darwind

Quill Darwind
It was a unusually hot day today so Quill went to the beach for the first time in a while. Quill only had a surf suit to wear so he went in that, he also thought of bring his sea-glider with him to test it out but didn't cause he knew that he would get in trouble if he did. After a VERY long walk he had arrived at the beach. The beach was crowded so he moved to a not so crowded part part of it. It also was a beautiful site for him cause he had never been to it himself. He had set up his beach site and took off his over cloths so his surf suit showed. The part Quill had went to was vaguely quite see how crowded it was where he first saw it. Quill then jumped into the water, it was very cool, almost like ice to him. This is the first time Quill has actual swam in the ocean before. He ha saw all the fish and other ocean life that lives down under water, face to face. Quill then ran out of air in his lungs and then swam as fast has he could to the surface almost drowning. When he got to it he saw a cat faunus girl near the the water. He then called out to her to come into the water with him, "THE WATERS FINE, ITS A HOT DAY JUST JUMP IN". He then tried to swim to her.

A keen would be needed to see something very suspicious buried into the beach. A discolored foot stuck out of the sand, almost blending in, hiding in plain sight. The only other thing around this foot was a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, carefully placed next to the exposed boy part. Those curious enough to dig for gold would find the cadaver of a canine faunus, as revealed by his one wolf like arm, though it was matted with blood and covered in sand. The man could not have been older than his thirties or maybe early fourties. Such a shame. In fact, this was not the first time a situation like this had unfolded. Not too long ago, another body had been found here on this beach, also marked with a cookie. It was funny how the world worked out in that way. It was such a small world, huh?
