Anyone can gm, you just need to ask around and find someone to do it for you ^^ You don't have to gm but you only gm if someone asks you to, only staff can have grimm randomly assault a thread. The grimm all have accounts and their password is in the rules, course you can't gm yourself. I'd recommend asking on the discord and seeing if anyone's up for doing it ^^
