Yin gave a soft sigh against the still morning air. The dew of the morning left the air comfortably refreshing. Nearly no one was left awake at this small hour of the day, offering a type of peace Yin hadn't got since arriving in the bustle of the city.

She ran her eyes over to the near empty park, observing little more than joggers, and grounds keepers up at this hours. She gave another relaxed sigh of new found peace. It was only a week now, and she even had her own room, but she felt she was going mad. She had never had a reason to break her shell and make the effort to communicate, but this job was a team effort, and she would have to learn to be comfortable as a team player.

She gave a distasteful groan, all to willing to simply ignore it, as she tossed the idea around. As much as she wanted to be solo, she was a realist at heart, and there was a reason even elite fighters go in teams of four. She finally came to stop her leisurely walk, throwing her towel over a bench to avoid the moisture of the morning. Plopping down in the bench, she flips open her books, and begins reading.

Sevy woke up earlier this morning wanting to go far a small stroll. She went outside feeling the morning breeze that felt refreshing before skipping around happily humming. Not a lot of people were out, mostly joggers, but arriving near a park, she saw a familiar face. It was Yin, the girl she had met the other day in the courtyard and with whom she shared a small tour of the school. She seemed to be reading so Sevy walked silently toward her, going around the bench unnoticed. She peered above her shoulder like a shadow and started to read the page of the book she was on. She tried to follow the reading but Yin was a fast reader and Sevy had a hard time following. She picked up the pace after a couple of pages. After a whole chapter, Sevy was able to caught up in the reading that she was now reading faster, clearing a page in 7.85 seconds. After a couple of pages that Sevy was ahead, she closed up on Yin's ear and whispered: "I'm done, are you? If so, could you continue please, I want to know what happens next."

Yin shivered at the presence behind her, nervously noting that she had no intention of revealing herself. She elected to continue reading. She wouldn't let some creeper ruin her relaxing time. Hearing the words, and Severa's breath on her ear, she shuddered in discomfort. Such a rude invasion of space gave her the need to fight off an upset pout. Yin turned around, and covered Severa's eyes with a single hand. She seemed to treat reading a story like she was cramming for a test. "Relax. This is a novel, not a history book. Take a few moments to visualize what you just read. Feel the breeze. Smell the fresh water of the lake. Take in the character's feelings." Removing her hand, she turned back around, and flipped the page. "O-or you could get your own book..." She murmured, a little upset from being indirectly insulted on her abilities to read a book. She was here to relax after all, not zip through information heartlessly.

Sevy was surprised that Yin wasn't scared when she whispered in her ear. Was it because she saw her? Was it just out of a weird feeling? She wouldn't have been the first on to know when Sevy was around. Lloyd seemed to sense her presence whenever she was around.

She looked at Yin, listening about what she had to say and thought about it for a second before saying. "I'm sorry, I'm just not used to read books so I don't know my way with them really. When I saw you read, I just thought it would be interesting to know what you liked in a book, to get to know you better." She said that with so much innocence that she didn't thought her words to mean a lot. When Yin mentioned that Sevy should get herself a book, she only replied by: "If I am to get myself one, would you help me find a good one? I don't read much so I don't know what's good or not. Would you please give me a hand. I won't bother your reading anymore after." She gave her a smile hoping it would help in her decision.

Yin sighed, reprimanding herself inwardly for her passive aggression. She wondered if the girl was too innocent to notice the subtle bitter attack, or if she was simply too sweet to let that get in the way of getting to know someone. Either way, it was reason for no small amount of guilt, and a mental slap on the wrist.

She finally elected to offer the softest smile a person like her knew how to offer, and clear the slate a bit. "It's perfectly fine. I simply wasn't expecting anyone just yet." She responded, noting the how the girls words seemed naturally honeyed. A voice she could easily get lost in. Yin had to wonder if the girl knew how to sing. "I'd be happy to point out a few for you. I'm afraid everyone's a different beast though. You'll have to find your own feel, and taste for literature." She stated a matter of factually, before standing, and giving a small bow in greeting.

The question begging in Yin's mind was what exactly the girl wanted with that information. There were hundreds of students in the academy, and she picked Yin of all people to know better? It wasn't like she could possibly be aiming to know them all. She might as well oblige the girl. Wasn't like making enemy's with such a sweet thing could be any sort of good idea. "It's not at all that you were bothering me. If you like we can discuss whatever books you find. I don't mind talking about a good read, myself."

Severa smiled with a glimmer in her eyes as Yin accepted to help her in the search of a book she could read and also enjoy. "Really? You mean it? You will really help me? Great! Thank you so much!" She made some jumps of joy out of excitement. She was also happy as she wanted to be able to feel what the characters of the book feel themselves. Maybe she could relate to one one day and try things this person would do, or say. Who knows, it could be helpful one day...

When Yin bowed to greet, Sevy made a curtsy in return with a closed-eyes smile. She was glad that she would spent some time with someone, Yin being really interesting as she seemed a little more closed on herself than others. It was a little challenge to get to know her better, but the kind of fun challenge you can enjoy to the fullest.

Severa nodded happily with a bigger smile as Yin offered to talk about the said book she would find with her help when she would have read it. She was so happy that without saying a word, she grabbed Yin's hand and started skipping toward the library while humming. She thought her day couldn't be better right now.

A small nervous laugh escaped Yin as she wondered what she had gotten herself into. The girl certainly had plenty of loose energy. She never actually expected she would interact with this sort of person. This much positive energy had always felt a bit esoteric. Out of reach... It was a good quality, but she wasn't sure how much of it she could handle. There was no taking it back no though. She would just have to find a way to enjoy it.

She kicked back a blush at the sudden space invasion, continuing to do so as she was dragged along to the library. She wasn't sure anyone had held her hand before, and she was most certainly caught off guard. She opened her mouth to protest, but shot it down, finding no explanation that wasn't twice as embarrassing as the action itself. Instead she decided to block out the moment, focusing on the sweet humming.

Even if she wasn't the kind to spend lot of time in libraries and the such, Sevy still knew where exactly to go to get there. Even with her eyes close and skipping around, that didn't took her astray of her track. She was such in a happy mood that even when she bumped into someone by accident she immediately apologize, but only once before continuing her way toward the library. Normally she would have apologize a thousand time before the other person would have started to get pissed or something.

As they arrived at the library, Sevy looked at Yin, letting her the lead from here as she never really ventured inside so she had a feeling she would be able to get lost in there, even if it wasn't that big. Sevy could lost herself pretty easily if she wasn't careful in a new place, but it was usually the way she learned to know a place, getting lost and finding her way, eventually...

She smiled at Yin with a cute little face, not realizing she was still holding her hand. "You take the lead. I'm not used to this kind of place, so you'll be better up front." She waited her instruction, tips or anything really while still humming, I don't think she even stopped humming...

Yin followed, observing with some confusion Severa's odd flow energy. Skipping to a library, stopping to apologizing, and happily carrying on. She wasn't sure that she had skipped anywhere, let alone a library. And Yin loved books. Had anyone ever been that excited to go to a library? Maybe she had simply never been to one before.

She offered an awkward smile as Severa gave her the lead. She wasn't sure why Severa was still hanging onto her hand. Was she uncomfortable? Yin decided not to question it, assuming Severa needed the security blanket. She moved through the aisle, of the lower floor, taking Severa for a fiction reader. "Most of the Non-Fiction, and educational stuff is on the upper-floors, but you probably get enough of that from school. Still, it's handy for in depth research, or learning a new skill." She came to a stop in the section for fantasy themed books. "I don't know what kind of books you like, but there should be something here to catch your eye... Oh, and don't forget to get a library card, and check out the book. Stealing is bad." She threw in, keeping her gaze facing ahead of Severa to hide herself. She was sure one more sweet smile while holding hands would finally redden her face.

Sevy was quietly following Yin as she was dragged by the holding and toward the Fiction section as she looked around like a child in a new place, as it was basically that. She nodded as Yin mentioned to get a card later in order to borrow a book out. She was looking at the books in the shelves in front of her, trying to find a cover, a title or a writer's name that would speak to her for some reasons. She was looking for a moment thinking it might be harder than that to find a good book, until she found one...

She saw a bright red cover with golden lining on it way up in the shelf and pointed it for Yin to see it as she gave her a closed-eyes smile. "I want this one, I'm not quite sure why, but it's the one I want. How should I get it? A ladder maybe?" She looked upward and then she started to feel unwell as the just thought of being up there was frightening. She looked at Yin, with a blush of embarrassment as she asked: "D-do you think y-you could get it for me? I-I'm scared of high spots..." She clung to Yin's arm while still holding her hand as she said that.

Yin chuckled inwardly, noting Severa's look. She really was completely new to this. She glanced up at the book, so pretty. She couldn't help but finally blush as Severa hugged her arm, and asked her to go get it. She was wearing skirt. Skirts and ladders were a bad combination. For a moment she wished she had Severance, so she could simply skewer the bloody thing. After that, she might have simply said no... Only Severa seemed to favor a skirt as well... And then there was the fact that she was afraid of heights, making it slightly less awful for Yin... And of course that adorable pink cheeked puppy dog face.

Mentally sighing, Yin offered an understanding smile with an bonus nod. She rolled the ladder next to the book, wincing inwardly, and looking about to make sure no one was paying attention. She wanted to scramble, but instead calmly made her way up to avoid attention. Her face turned a bright red as she made her way up and grabbed the book. She prayed that no one was watching her, shakily coming down to hand the prize to Severa with a feigned smile. "Th-there you are." She managed, trying desperately to sound calm and unaffected.

Sevy was glad that Yin accepted to get her the book. If she would have said no to, Sevy would have simply tried to find a new one. But Yin was kind enough to get it. She gave her a smile with glimmer in her eyes before Yin went to get the ladder. As she started to climb, Sevy was looking at her, just wishing that everything would be alright and that she wouldn't fall. As she was higher, Sevy immediately looked down while blushing intensely as she notice Yin's skirt and didn't thought about that when she asked her to climb for her. Yes she was wearing one as well, but Sevy was now embarrassed that Yin had to do it. As she came back, Sevy didn't even dare to look directly at her. She then started to apologize with her bright red face. "I-I'm so s-sorry, I t-totally forgot about y-your skirt. I should have p-picked another one..." She then looked at the book that was prettier from up close. The title was "The laws of Love" and it made the book even more interesting as Sevy was kinda afraid of being alone in the end. She picked it from Yin's hands before looking slightly toward her, still red. "Th-thank you Yin, i-it's very nice of you..." She hugged her on the spot, trying to hide her face so she wouldn't know that she saw under her skirt for a moment.

Yin adjusted her skirt in paranoia. The fact that she noticed her skirt was clear now, and only made this all the more flustering. Only half as flustering as the name of that book though. What incredibly poor stroke of fate. "You don't need to worry. You wanted that book, and now you have it. I'll just need to wear pants on our next meeting." She smiled somewhat nervously at Severa, directly before she was hugged. In no time the progress she had made towards a normal skin tone was shattered, and she stood a bright red once more. She gave a few comforting pats on the head, trying to reassure the girl enough for her to let go. "I-It's nothing. I'm sure no one noticed anyways." Though that may have just been hopeful thinking. She had been up there far longer than she would have liked. Which is to say, any amount of time at all.

As Yin mentioned that she would wear pants rather than a skirt the next time. She shook her head, still clinging in the hug. N-no, please continue to wear skirts... I-it's suits y-you better I-I think... She said it nervously, as she didn't know what she would think of the compliment. She then stepped back and looked at her, with still a faint blush and a tilted smile, letting her left eye well in sight.

She then gave her a small wink before turning around letting her skirt float around a little going for the front desk slowly to get herself registered in order to borrow the book. As the registration was completed, the librarian took the book and scanned it before looking at the cover, then shifting her gaze toward both girls. "You won't need any of those trick I think." Those were the only words the woman said before giggling a little and giving a wink to Sevy, which made her blush. She went back to Yin, averting her gave, wondering if she had heard what the lady said. "I-I'm done, I got the book... W-want to do something else while we're in town?... She looked at her a moment, waiting her answer before looking away, still blushing.

Yin closed her eyes, fighting to collect herself against the flurry of sensations. She couldn't decide which was more flustering. The fact that the girl refused to let go of her, or that she seemed to like the way she looked in skirts. Quickly noticing the eye, she couldn't help but make it the center of her attention. The hair made more sense now. It was odd for a fighter to go out of her way to obstruct her view, but this was understandable. She might have asked the why's and how's of it, but that was likely overstepping her bounds. Maybe some other time. She stored the thought away for later. It was very pretty to say the least.

Yin felt the odd sensation of freezing. Everything felt slower somehow. A ripple. She felt the girl's wink grab hold of her, and steal a part of something in that flow of direction, real time only finally taking over again as Severa's skirt settled at her sides. Yin brought a hand to her face for a second or so. Somehow that one fleeting moment. That tiny gesture felt so... Taxing. She closed her eyes for a moment to collect her thoughts, only faintly comprehending the librarians words. Her hand falling back to rest at her hip, she opened her eyes to the approaching personality breach. "I can't say that I had any plans. I'm open to suggestion." She responded, feigning a collected mind, her cheeks reduced to a light pink by now.

As Yin said she was open to suggestion for doing something else in town together, Sevy put a finger cheek as she pondered what they could do. She thought it could be interesting to do some shopping, but she didn't have the money to buy anything. Maybe just going into some boutiques just to try some clothes? She then thought no as she would probably found some clothes that would look great on her and wouldn't be able to buy it. What could they do that wouldn't be too costly?...

Sevy had an idea as a lightbulb lit over her head. She walked toward a kiosk of brochures about things to do in town, so she picked one and looked at it, trying to find something interesting. She stopped once she saw that there was a special on movies at the theater today and she gave the brochure to Yin wanting to know what she thought about the idea.

All that time, Sevy was only smiling with still a slight blush on her face, she didn't spoke a word.

Yin's eyes followed the girl who appeared so deep in thought. How did every move manage to be so enticing. Like she left those around her hanging on everything she did. Every part of Yin wanted to believe it was some trap to fool her into trusting the girl. Never the less, she took the brochure, looking over it with a bit of confusion. Surely she wasn't suggesting a date. Or maybe that was just today's excitement getting to her. Yin had to wonder if the girl was this nice to everyone. Maybe she was just trying to be friends, or welcoming to a new student. Yin assured herself mentally. Surely that was the case.

"If that's what you would like to do." She responded plainly. She was beginning to find herself at a loss of how to respond to this strange person. She was... Unpredictable. Yin couldn't hope to decide if that unnerved her, or left her feeling refreshed just yet. Was she simply a good actor that could give herself over to the moment, or a genuinely loose individual who was capable of letting there emotions flow out... Maybe she was simply psychotic...

Sevy noticed that Yin seemed thoughtful about her. Did she thought that she seemed too over-the-top? It's true that she is bubbly most of the time and it's true that being that bubbly seemed suspicious, but it was the way Sevy is and it wouldn't change.

With Yin straight and plain answer, Sevy immediately shook her head and started to talk again. "N-no, I mean, I'd like to go see a movie with y-you but only if you want to. I-I don't want to force it on you, I just w-want us to have a good time together..." Sevy looked at Yin after saying this with a slight blush. She then realized how all this may have looked like for Yin so she averted her gaze. "Wait, am I really suggesting that? Hey why not? But I barely know her, I couldn't d-d-date her. Hey, who said it had to be a super serious date? What do you mean? A friendly date, it's a thing, I think... So you think that if I say that it's a date, it would be fine? Maybe, who knows..." Sevy lost herself in her own thoughts before looking back at Yin, with a brighter blush. She spoke up once again, continuing her last sentence."...If you have some other idea for a d-date.... I'm opened to suggestion as well..." Sevy was now as red as the cover of her book. She knew exactly what she said and now just wondered how Yin would react. It was a friendly date anyway, how far could it go?

Yin froze under the question. Surely that wasn't more than just a little bold. Did Severa even know her last name yet. Surely it was just a friendly date. But she could have used any number of words to substitute. Hanging out, or something. Not once in her life had Yin been asked on a date. Not a single time. In fact, it had never even been implied that someone WANTED to date her. Let alone some second occasion acquaintance.

Yin brought a hand to nervously rub the back of her head, her cheeks turning a light cherry hue once more. She wasn't sure how she could refuse her, but she also wasn't sure how she could manage to say yes. "Oh no. I don't really know the area so well, myself. I'll confer you your opinion." She responded, deciding that perhaps the best answer was no answer at all... Or maybe that was still simply yes.

Sevy was really surprised, but very happy that Yin didn't turned down the idea for a friendly date together. Her eyes were illuminated with thousands of glitters like a midnight shy full of stars. Sevy never actually went to a date before, in any kind. She never was asked on before and never asked either, so it was quite rewarding to her that the first date, however friendly it would be, was her asking and being successful in her attempt.

All Sevy was able to do right now is smile, her smile was as big as can be and it just showed how happy she was right now. Quickly and swiftly, she grabbed Yin's hand and and pulled her outside in direction of the theater where they would go see a movie. Sevy had no idea what they would watch and didn't really cared. She probably would let Yin choose the movie then. So the book in one hand, Yin in the other, she joyfully skipped toward the theater the same way she dragged Yin to the library earlier. All this without a word once again. She didn't even said where she was bringing her... Ah well, small details like those aren't really important when you know that you're going to have a good time, right?
