Roleplay Online is a great roleplaying site. It has tons of popular and obscure game systems; and, should you have one they don't you can easily submit it. Since I heard some members talking about it, yes, Rpol does have adult content available to those who signify themselves as such.

However, Artistic License does not allow you to portray illegal acts, only alludes for story purposes. You are free to let your characters loose, for better or worse.
