Small question concerning the dust damage

Ok, recently I've looked at the Weapon and Dust page in the Rules and Infos section. I read it all again and noticed something as I came across the Dust part:

"Despite its limited uses before having to purchase more, Dust is useful in that there is no armor against the powers a Dust user wields."

I was wondering, since now there is armor to defend against dust attacks, wouldn't the bonus of +5 per tier be replaced by a +10 like weapons? If not I'd like to know why because it's bugging me ever since I saw it...

This was already disscussed and fixed when this topic went up. Probably should have said something on the topic itself, that's my fault.

Dust was indeed changed to +10.
