A Hunt Between Two Cats(Closed)(Hunt)

OOC: Rolled 4, 4, 5 | 2 Level 5 Death Stalkers

Combat Info:

Lazu used his super speed to rush from the school to the forest. He had already marked the location of the hunt on his scroll.He had already been on a hunt before and this one should be easy compared to the other one and he zoomed using his speed semblance at about 40 maybe 50 mph to meet up with the other person who was going to be on the hunt as he knew it was only going to be two of them and the meeting location. He dodged trees and branches and ran through the snow leaving a trail of footsteps and snow flying up from the ground behind him. He stoped for a second at what he believed was the meeting point and e drew his fencing sword as he felt a presence near by but couldn't see anything.

His tail started to move back and forth anxious he stepped forward slowly into the dark forest walking step after step.His ears twitched listening for the slightest of sounds. He could tell someone was there but he didn't know who. He hoped it wasn't the white fang spying on him which the thought of terrified him.But then again it wouldn't really make much sense for them to be in the woods watching one student who is on a mission. Then he started to think what if they set up the mission and snuck into the school to ambush him. Nope people would have noticed something if that had happened.

He knew he was just being paranoid about the whole white fang thing but he just couldn't stop being scared of them as he had been around them most of his life through his family but couldn't do anything about them until now but luckily his parents had tried to keep him away from that side of the family. Lazu lowered his sword and stood around in the meeting place waiting for his other partner.

Crimsons ears picked up some rustling from the trees above and he heard the noise of some creature and readied his weapon and he started to strike where he saw the shadow jump down from the trees then at that moment a female faunus jumped down and roared in his face and he stopped mid into his attack where his blade met her face and he lowered his weapon. He was breathing heavily and held his chest for a second while he clamed down."hey just a tip you don't want to give your team mate a heart attack in the middle of no where when he is by himself on a hunt" he put his sword behind him on a strap. He realised she was doing it to be funny so he smiled back at her "that was pretty good though but I could hear you in the bushes as you jumped down your gonna have to do better that that to catch me off guard" he laughed as he tried to regain his calmness "you dont want your opponent to kill you either" he joked. "I think you nearly took one of my nine lives" he joked again as he stood watching the cat faunus like him smile and laugh at the surprise jump scare.

A pair of Deathstalkers lay dormant in the Finnek Forest. The two Deathstalkers sensed as the hunters approached closer to their location, but they remained to stay still. The Deathstalkers waited, waiting for the right chance, waiting for the moment the two hunters were open to an attack. From behind the cover of trees and other foliage, the two Deathstalkers watched both of the Hunters as they interacted.

The moment both Erika and Lazu seemed to be paying more attention to each other and not the surrounding, the two Deathstalkers burst out of the treeline with no warning, extending their claws. Deathstalker 1 charged Erika while Deathstalker 2 charged Lazu, both charging them with speeds misleadingly fast for their size, each intending to slam the weight of its body into Erika and Lazu.

Combat Info:

Lazu heard a scraping noise with his cat ears as the 2 death stalkers charged super fast towards the pair of them and he activated his semblance and he drew his sword and he heard Erika yell at the creature which was a bit odd considering the beasts probably don't understand us but still she was probably just unleashing steam and was glad to be in combat for the first time like him.

Lazu  shot off into the forest with snow flying up out of the ground around him as he ran at super speed and shot directly down past death stalker number 2 of about 100 mph to further into the forest but to a point where he could still see the death stalker which he stopped in the forest. He didn't realise how fast death stalkers could move their size was deceiving but Lazu could run faster.

Then he pointed his sword forward and speed straight running with the sword pointing forward and he shoots straight into the front of the head of the beast at super speed knocking the creature back then he used his speed and moves round the side of the beast and slices 2 more times against the creatures open legs.

Erika managed to successfully land on the back of Deathstalker 1 and one of her blows successfully landed, causing some damage to the tail (-40 DMG). Before Erika could land anymore attacks however, Deathstalker 1 slammed its back into a nearby tree in an attempt to get Erika off by entirely crushing her.

Deathstalker 2 had difficulty keeping up with Lazu, end ended up taking his initial strike (-30 DMG). Knowing full well a precision attack would completely miss Lazu because of the speed he was running at, Deathstalker 2 decided to go for an area attack. As Lazu was rounding the side of Deathstalker 2, the Deathstalker lowered its tail and spun its body. The tail was spun around like a giant mace, taking out everything in it's path.

Combat Info:

As Lazu attacked death stalker number 2 he considered the possibility that these Grimm were in pairs which meant could there be more? "hey stop taunting the poor thing its gonna die anyway"  as the second death stalker swung its tail Lazu activated his semblance and he ran up and over the creature and stabbed it straight in the back.

Then he used his speed and ran round to the side of the creature and jabbed its left open arm in the part that had no armour "im faster than these things will ever be" he yelled out and then he used his speed and ran in front of the creature and did a slice straight to the face of the beast.Lazu was finding this entertaining. It was like a cat playing with a mouse where he knew its pray was already beaten once he had caught it. His tail lashed and his ears twitched watching the beast still as he attacked it in turns to make sure no sudden movements caught him of guard.

Erika's quick recovery caught Deathstalker 1 completely off guard. As a result, Erika's first attack managed to successfully land without much resistance(-50 HP). The second attack was too slow however, and by this time, it managed to bring its left claw around to protect the sensitive part in the right that Erika was aiming for. Using its stinger, Deathstalker 1 made a deadly stab at Erika.

Lazu's speed was making things for Deathstalker 2 a bit difficult. Lazu was fast enough that Deathstalker 2 had trouble reacting to his first two attacks. The creature wasn't dumb though and was actually reading Lazu's movements as he rounded it. Taking the strike to the back(-25 DMG), then to the left side(-25 DMG), Deathstalker 2 predicted Lazu's next attack would be to its front, and shoved its body forward, slamming at where Lazu would soon be.

Combat Info:

As the death stalker tried to slam Lazu which he was surprised at considering the size of the thing he waited for the creature to come closer... then closer... then as the shadow grew nearer to the ground and the stomach was with in stabbing reach he used his speed and pointed his sword straight up holding the sword as high as possible pointing up and ran using his speed semblance at about 30 mph and stabbed the creature in the stomach as he run slicing it through the stomach.

He noticed Erika was doing well with her death stalker too and they were both defeating the beasts slowly. He noticed she used her punches against the beast which meant she was really strong as she could actually do lots of damage to it from 2 punches which was actually kind of scary. Lazu watched the deathstalker and pointed his sword at it in an en guard position and ran at the beast then he did a moonsault over its head and landed on its back and he hoped to cut of its tail. Lazu started to slice at the beasts tail then he used his speed and ran of the creature and sliced at the back once more.

Jumping over Deathstalker 1's claw made it difficult for the Deathstalker to reach Erika. Unable to properly react, Deathstalker 1 took the first punch to one of its legs directly (-40 HP). The second strike quickly followed, this time a kick on another leg (-30 HP). Deathstalker 1 grew desperate though, and this time, shoved its entire body to the side Erika was on moments before the third attack landed in order to put some space between itself and the Huntress. It was clear that Deathstalker 1 was nearing its end being both worn down from the fight and its mobility somewhat crippled.

Deathstalker 2 took Lazu's slash to the belly without much resistance (-25 HP). Lazu's speed made it hard for Deathstalker 2 to attack him as he jumped over it and was open to Lazu's next attack on its tail (-25 HP). The attack however, wasn't deep enough to completely cut off the tail, leaving Deathstalker 2 still capable of using its tail. Since Lazu was currently in the air, Deathstalker 2 knew where he was going to land behind it, and the Grimm spun its entire body around, swinging at where Lazu would land with its right claw, intending to strike at the Hunter.
