Ser Lothric Ember

Ser Lothric Ember
Lothric listened to Ishi explain his stance and gave a simple nod, he wasn't that far off when he called this stance more of one prone to unleash a stab but he was not completely correct, Lothric's current stance was more one to use his blade to measure the enemies length when it came to their attacks. Looking over at Ishi's stance he gave a slight smile and began to run different tactics through his mind, the scimitar as a slashing weapon would easily tear his unprotected form apart with a few well placed slicing motions.

Lothric gathered all the fire towards his shoulders as they moved from his sword an arms towards his shoulders and back. When Lothric took one step forward his flames almost exploded behind him making him dash towards Ishi at an increased speed and using this momentum Lothric slid slightly sideways around Ishi's guard as he then aimed for the spot between his second rib on the left side of Ishi's torso. Using his flames to slow his speed down Lothric thrust his sword towards the spot he had aimed for at Ishi's torso in an attempt to pierce towards his body with his sword knowing full well how dangerous it could be for Ishi but he trusted the teacher with the knowledge to deal with it.

Ishi Omo

Ishi Omo

There was one thing about being Ishi that he had that most didn’t. You could always stay calm. Unless you were visiting papa. That, however, was another thing and another time. Ishi flashed a smile and was to play the fool. It was in the cards that he was to get stabbed. It’s not that he couldn’t dodge this, he could. A good bit of ease, in fact, but for the sake of showing the class that he was the cool teacher.

He watched Lothric move, and boy way he fast. He could respect Ser Lothrics intent, and decided that he’d just move slightly.

He turned off his aura and moved to the left so that the blade cut, but didn’t actually stick anywhere; leaving a massive gash that was bleeding on his right side.

“Nice Stab. Now, the question is, how do you deal with a wound like this?”

Ser Lothric Ember

Ser Lothric Ember
The moment Ishi question what Lothric would do with the wound a sinister glance appeared in his eyes and as it did the remaining embers grew into fire that engulfed Lothric and started to turn blue in color. "Simple..." there was no form of emotion in that one word and with that Lothric reached a hand towards the bleeding wound as soon as his hand was close enough the blue fire sprung forth towards the wound aiming for the bleeding area and attempting to sear it shut to stop the bleeding and avoiding burning more tissue then needed.

The moment it was deemed by Lothric to be enough he extinguished his flames and waited for the teachers reaction to all of this as he knew the sudden shock of searing pain might cause unwanted effect but it was just something about Ishi that made Lothric feel he could be this reckless with his health and it still felt good to be allowed to sear another's flesh in the name of something valid then just burning another would be attacker.

Ishi Omo

Ishi Omo
Ishi groaned as his skin was burned. He should’ve expected this. He really should’ve. He’d have to heal it on his own time, but for the sake of healing, the cauterization wasn’t exactly the wrong choice. However, for the sake of long-term survival, it wasn’t the best. Not by a long run. He hadn’t specified any specific logics to the question. He supposed he should’ve been more specific.

He looked over to Lothric, the tall boy is… gah, He had talent but there was something off about him. His demeanour was odd for this day and age, and that was coming from Ishi Omo. His gentleman like- regal sort of conduct was… well, it was odd. His pattern of speech, his greeting. It was all that out of an old book. Ishi would’ve laughed if it weren’t for a tingling feeling in the side that had been touched by his flames.

“Right. That wasn’t the best choice in the situation, but not the worst. It’d be useless to ask about the ‘what-ifs’ but I’ll ask anyway. What if you hadn’t the fire to do that with? What you were so sapped of aura, that you just hit your limit and couldn’t use your semblance, and that this person in front of you mattered to you. Truly mattered, your heart would shatter if they were to die.

What would you do then? Imagine that you had everything you carry along with you normally, and a first aid kit, fully stocked. What would you do, Ser Lothric?”
