The first thing he should probably do in the academy is be on good terms with the people that could help him, the staff of the school. That didn't exactly limit themselves to just teachers, there were many more adults in the building that could use some help, which was why Frain made a form and reservation to be helping out the librarian. This will have him access the books that he would need to study, gain valuable information from the librarian herself, and possibly eat his lunch in here rather than go to the lunchroom. At least, that is what he expects would happen, that was what he was forced to do while he was back in his previous school. Then again, he had a dorm and everything, he probably was allowed to eat his lunch in there. Whenever he got that dorm, he would be all set for the ride. Still, it was nice to have someone in the school support him, especially one that owns a place with so much knowledge.

The one that the people call Mrs. Airan was not the way the silent boy expected her to look. At first glance, you would almost mistake her for a student at the academy, what gave her away was the fact that she had the library cart right next to her. She was picking out books from the cart and placed them into the right slot, allowing anyone who wanted to follow the Dewey system to find what they needed. It seemed Frain was in the right place, so he decided to walk up to her. Surprisingly, he heard humming as he was walking, the volume was loud enough for him. This took him by surprise when he got closer, to discover that it was Mrs. Airan herself that was humming so loudly. What's worse? No one in the library can tell her to shush if they valued a great place to do research.

Frain walked up behind the academy librarian. This allowed him the element of surprise, which of course was not what he was intending, but he did not care to exchange words right now. There was no specific reason for him to do so, not until he was asked an important question. Many questions were not considered crucial to him, this allowed him to keep much of his information with him. Many would be surprised on how adults would not punish him for not answering the questions they ask, especially when they see his record and his current grades. Then again, neither of them would probably matter in this academy, but his fighting skills at least have a decent cut behind his attacks.

The boy poked the shoulder of the librarian about two or three times before he then saw a quick attack coming. She spun herself around without a sound made, her right fist extended. Frain was ready to catch the attack, only for the fist of the librarian to be held in place. Meanwhile, the boy had his hand held up flat, ready to catch the incoming attack, only for the librarian to realize who she was dealing with. A student who volunteered to help. She let out a sigh of relief before putting her hands on her hips, but her facial expression told the story. Her intent was to scold.

Don't sneak up on me like that! You might have given me a heart attack! What do you have to say for yourself!? Mrs. Airan exclaimed for the whole library to hear. How nice. Everyone turned their heads towards the two of them, mainly because they were disturbed by Mrs. Airan herself. A few of them mumbled, but then turned back to their studies/slacking. The boy himself wasn't phased by the yelling, it just made him feel a little bit awkward. He blinked his light green eyes a couple of times, keeping his mouth shut. What was there to explain, it was obvious enough as it is. As for the reason why he tapped her shoulder, Frain figured out that in life, no excuse is better than a bad one.

After a few seconds of silence and awkward tension, Mrs. Airan let a sigh escape her lips before she placed her right hand on her hip. Even if you did that, you are here to learn and possibly help me as well. So this time, I'll forgive you. The librarian explained, causing the boy to somewhat slump at what she had told him. Like he was the one who needed forgiveness, it was not his fault that she attacked people who simply poked her shoulder to get her attention. Frain remembered a time in the past in which people actually got each others attention that way, but only for people to mess that up by doing it for pranks. Once again, the boy blinked once before Mrs. Airan looked back to the shelf and pointed upwards.

All right, I think you should be aware of the Dewey Decimal System. Mrs. Airan explained before she grabbed a book from the cart. Her hand let go of the book to spin it once, allowing the spine to face her now. Her eyes locked onto a certain part of the spine, the label where a number was located before looking behind her. The librarian then spoke once again. All right Mr. ZakaHawa, I'm going to need you to climb up the ladder. If you truly understand the Dewey Decimal system, you should be able to locate where this goes. While you're climbing, I'm going to be asking you a few questions, and you're going to have to answer them. The librarian explained as the book was then placed into Frain's grip. The did not sound like such a smart idea, but it was a task given. It's not like he could truly fall either, he designed his semblance to manipulate the air around him after all.

With a small nod, Frain placed the History book into his left hand, the weaker hand. In the meantime, he placed his right foot on the first step of the ladder, allowing him to push himself up. The left foot caught onto the second step, and to keep from falling off, he had to place his right hand onto the sixth step. Meanwhile, the librarian began to ask him questions, and this was going to be a moment in which he can actually speak because he needed to do so. All right Chatterbox! Why is history important to hunters!? They are just a thing of the past, right!? Mrs. Airan exclaimed, once again letting the library know that she exists. The volume of her voice was rather distracting, his right hand began to wobble, but he found the courage to keep going. History teaches us about what brings us to our current day, what we have to deal with, and what we could avoid doing to make sure the mistakes our ancestors made are not repeated.

Mrs. Airan hummed with approval, maybe even a little surprised in her tone of voice as well. It was something obvious in Frain's eyes but it seems that not everyone thought the same way. Previous students might have answered the same way just to impress the teachers, but he truly meant it, half because he for one liked history. The boy continued to climb up the ladder, the next question incoming. This one however, he managed to stay silent, it provided nothing that Mrs. Airan should be concerned about. The leader and a certain few people have the right to know, but it was clear that the librarian at the school was not one to keep a secret with her. Until she learns to muzzle her mouth like she should, maybe he was willing to tell her. Why did you come to this academy, what do you expect to get once you have graduated? Mrs. Airan asked, this time, no response.

The boy continued to climb up the ladder as he then found where he should put the book, there was not enough space though. At the cost of a little balance, he moved his right hand to put the books to the right so that he was able to create more space for this history book. Finally, with his eft hand, he pushed the book in the slot and successfully placed it. Finally, the boy was ready to climb down, but he lost so much balance that he felt his body tiled back. Before he could activate his Semblance, the boy fell off of the ladder. FRAIN! The librarian called out, but there was a plan he had. This was the reward for manipulating air. He put out his palm and the air below him shot upwards, slowly lowering his fall in the process. Finally, he delicately let his shoes touch the ground, a smile on his face as everyone began to clap at the graceful recover, but Mrs. Airan was the first to shut them down. SHUSH! YOU'RE IN A LIBRARY! The librarian exclaimed. Frain in the meantime looked at himself, he was agile, strong, witty, but most importantly, safe. Safe from a twenty foot drop that could have ripped him open if he didn't save himself.

It seems you misplaced the book, you were a few spaces off. Even I can see it from here you know. Mrs. Airan explained as she walked to the ladder and looked upwards. A small sigh escaped from her lips as her right hand gripped the ladder, but before she was given the chance to get up there, the boy himself put out his palm and corrected his mistake. The air spun around slowly around that area, pulling out the three books that were messed up, then he put them back in what they were supposed to be. This had the attention of the librarian, to be able to organize books so easily. This was just something Frain thought to be normal, which was why it seemed he was so organized with all his clean things like his room. However, that was just because he had it easy, if one were to see his derpish side of him, they would notice that he was rather lazy.

It was time for his next class now, there admittedly was not too much he could take from this lesson, but he had the experience, and admittedly, a little bit of fun as well. The boy looked to the impressed librarian, who seemed interested in understanding what just happened. Air. Frain explained before he then turned around, a small grin on his face. It was always nice to impress someone, whenever he would be given praise or simply awe of silence, it would make him happy. Today looked up to be a great day.
