Nevermore

Nevermore
The Nevermore soared through the sky as dawn broke, flying high over the blue mountains of the Finnek Forest. It didn't take long for the beast to spot the castle that stood in the center. It slowed its flight as it approached the courtyard belonging to Syne Academy, the Hunter's school that had been in a bit of a predicament lately. Following the orders that it had received, It faced a certain second floor room. It had been told that there was a particularly tasty faunus trapped in here, and that fact alone was really the only motivation that the Grimm needed, or at least the only motivation it really cared about. It beat its mighty wings and a flurry of feathers  sped toward the window, the razor sharp shafts shattering it to bits. It circled around, gaining its lost momentum. it neared the broken window, moving past it to let its partner enter the room.

Beowulf

Beowulf
It was no small task, getting around on the back of a Nevermore. The Beowolf was a creature of the land, not the air. It was only natural for it to be clinging to the down of the bird, holding on for dear life, trying not to fall at any cost. The beowolf hated this scenario from the moment it was thrown onto the Nevermore's back. It had no reason to bite the hand that fed it, but this would normally be a thing that brought it close. The Grimm stood by as the Nevermore reached the target destination and proceeded with the attack. When the bird began to fly toward the now broken window, the wolf was so ready to get off. As the window approached and passed by, the land Grimm leaped through it, ready to begin its contribution to the mission. With a low growl at the faunus who was presumably in there, it lunged in a full assault.

Richard Lionheart

Richard Lionheart
The short faunus man had been resting, head down on his desk and adorned in blaring headphones, when he felt something akin to a strangely light rock brake against the top of his back. Pondering whether some bratty student had broken in to play a prank on him or the like, that or perhaps Mana had decided to just come fight him rather than ask for an invitation to fight him. How tedious.

With a yawn her turned and stood, grasping the luminous green and purple spoted plant dust crystal he had been toying with at his desk... only to find something rather peculiar... a beowulf... hanging outside his bedroom window... he frowned slightly, pondering if perhaps this could all be a nightmare before the beast jumped through the now nonexistent window and lunged at him. Well, he thought, this is new.

He allowed the beowulf to rush him down, eyes locked on it's threatening clawed hand. Timing was key. Once he was sure the beast was going much to fast to stop and was certainly aiming for him Richard pounced forward and, using his size he was so often mocked for he, was able to duck below the towering beast claws before quickly chucking the whole crystal toward it's side on the way passed. Said plant dust was something rather new he was experimenting with, a prototype of sorts.

He had attempted to set it so that, upon contact with a decent force, the dust would expand in the form of sharp purple brambles, latching onto the target and cutting them... but alas that wasn't what made this technique special. He had successfully imbued the dust with poison, every one of the bramble whip's razor sharp thorns held a small dose of it. Upon use it would latch onto the enemy. Rather difficult to remove, at least he hoped.

From here the short boy kept running, clad only in some baggy green trousers and a purple t-shirt he knew he had a disadvantage here. Even if he were to run he wouldn't get far from the wolf... His door was locked and he could see a shadow lurking outside his window. Something seemed strange about a pair such as this forming an alliance though... and attacking the academy? There had to be more of them.

Immediately turning back to the beast he reached onto his bed and quickly dragged Keyll out from underneath it, knowing that to spend too much time fishing for the weapon would leave him open... even this was risky. It was difficult to do such a thing without looking where you were grabbing but after fumbling a little he pulled the kusarigama out by one of it's blades.

He saw no need to shout for help, the breaking of a window and the growls of the beowulf would certainly lure others in. As for the locked door in their way well, if they couldn't get passed that he thought them of no use to him.

Another day, another time to walk outside. Lloyd was starting to wonder why he was always alone outside when he had nothing to do. Things seemed a lot repetitive for him, was he really enjoying his time at Syne? On rare occasions out of class would you see Lloyd with anyone as he spent almost all his time alone. It was to wonder if he even had any friends. However, his face clearly spoke for him. He had a bright smile and looked happy, he liked the calm ambiance his lone walk gave him and even if he was alone all the time, it might be better that way for him. He still wasn't sure on his future, as in would he be able to become a full fledged Huntsman or would he have to return to Vale as the heir of his father's company...

Although this was something that was pretty urgent, Lloyd wasn't thinking about that in the slightest as he was enjoying his walk. It was until he noticed a shadow that past right before him. He looked up to see what it was. "Wait, what? Is this really a.... Beowulf riding a Nevermore? Are they really becoming more intelligent? That's bad... And what are they doing?"

Lloyd started to follow the Grimms around the corner when the Nevermore smashed a window with a flurry of feathers before getting closer for the Beowulf to jump inside. "If there's someone in there, having to deal with two Grimms in a small space could be bad. Why not take care of this one..." Lloyd unfolded Gae Bulg while his coat turned into its armor form as he started to run toward the flying beast. He used his Semblance to repel himself from the ground toward the wall and then again to do a ricochet jump directly toward the Nevermore, extending his lance aiming at the head while with the momentum trying to tackle it down. A grounded bird is far less menacing than when it flies...

Oliver had been strolling back to the academy from the nearby forests for some time. He decided to go on a bit of a nature walk. However he returned to the sight of Lloyd looking up at something. “Hey Lloyd!” Oliver would wave and dash over to glance up at what he was looking at. “What- oh… what the… HOW!?” Oliver would raise a hand in alarm and grab his weapon from his back. Oliver looked around to find one of his favourite objects in the entire school. Another wooden bench. He gave a sly grin as he jumped onto the bench with weapon in hand. “Oliver to Mister Scott. One to bench up.” He’d give a slight chuckle at his humor as he kicked his semblance into gear to lift both him and the bench into the air. “Going up.” He’d wave to Rich and give a smile as he floated past the hole in the window. "Hello friend!" Oliver would then float up a bit past Rich and spring-board off his magic-carpet-bench to try and land on the Nevermore and start hacking away with Malevolent Wyvern at it’s wing. “I’ll lend you a claw Lloyd. I think Rich can handle himself.” Oliver would be trying to hold onto the Nevermore for dear life with his left hand. While his right worked away at chopping into this Nevermore’s shoulder.

There he lie in his bed, still resting through the break of dawn; however, a distinct sound of glass breaking was enough to awaken the slumbering boy. Nevertheless, with the sudden disruption of the peaceful morning, Gawain was up and out of his bed, wondering what was happening with the other students; it was clearly abnormal that such banging noises were going on, but Gawain wasn't too sure what they were all about. So, he casually changed into his normal attire, consisting of his white coat, blue shirt, white slacks, and white dress shoes before exiting his room, only to see a giant mess of a hallway between quite a few students making a crowd in the hallway, going nuts over what was happening. Fortunately, despite how chaotic the situation was, Gawain was able to catch one word that decided his next action, Grimm. As such, the boy started out of his room after taking his sword and sheath towards the general area of the sound, hoping no one was gravely wounded.

After traversing through the crowd, listening for the sounds of Grimm in the dormitories, Gawain eventually came upon a locked room where the growls of a Grimm and flapping of another indicated that Gawain was where he wanted to be. Unfortunately, unable to open the door, Gawain was stuck on the outside, unable to do anything to aid the person. Pounding on the door with the side of his shoulder was ineffective, sadly, so the boy was forced to wait on the outside until he came up with a new plan; that moment was one of the few times where Gawain truly felt stressed, having to wonder if the person on the other side was possibly dead. Only, the thought of a person dead due to Gawain's ineptness didn't linger well in his mind. He had to act, in some way or form, and getting through that door was one way.

Drawing his sword from his side, Gawain took his fighting stance in front of the door, heavily grasping it. The sword was heavier and different, having gone through reforging, but the sword's weight nor look was enough to change the boy's fighting capabilities. Raising the weapon over his head for a single cleave of the door, Gawain positioned his right leg behind his left, shoulder distance away. Focused on the side of the door, aiming to destroy the lock mechanism, Gawain inhaled once and exhaled once before stepping forth with his right foot and striking downward at the door. And with that, the way inside was open as Gawain pushed it open with his right shoulder, only to find a Beowulf and an acquaintance engaged in combat. Assuming his combat stance once more, Gawain stood at the helm of the doorway, inside of the room, ready to lend a hand.

Nagi

Nagi
Orientation had taken longer than Nagi had thought possible. The headmaster wasn't in but he was still given his school uniform and scroll along with his syllabus. "Ok so I just have to find my dorm and then I can...." Nagi's mutterings were cut off by a very audible crash causing him to look up from his itinerary. He saw the Nevermore circling away from the school dorms seemingly just having attacked a second story window. "What?" He muttered even as he took off at a run pulling Grimsever into his hand and resting the sword across his shoulder. "Someone want to tell me how this happened?" he questioned the air around him as he ran for the stairwell. All around him students were filling the halls of the dorms, most seemed to have been awakened from their slumber. "What are you all doing? there are Grimm attacked the school!" He shouted as he mounted the stairs taking them two at a time.
Nagi didn't stop to see if the students were taking action on his words, instead he kept going up to the second floor. He needed to check if that Grimm had attacked a student or just his window, however the growls he heard coming from ahead of him gave him another concern to ponder. "Was that nevermore just a transport service? I've never seen this behavior." He muttered running down the hallway now, this one was mostly clear of students except one who seemed to breaking in a certain door.
Nagi was about to tell him to just use his sword but he drew it before Nagi said a word and took up a practiced stance before using the weapon to cleave the door from its jam. He came up square on the door behind Gawain to look in on the Beowulf and Richards room, now partially destroyed do to the attack. Three students against one Grimm, Ok not bad for my first night. Nagi throught as he took up position to Gawains right side walling off the now open door from the Grimm.

Sno Lagu

Sno was skipping around with her eyes closed singing like she usually did when she had nothing better to do, the song she chose was a rather repetitive song but she couldn't think of anything better to sing at the moment. The only word that came to her mind was Nyan "Nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan nyan ny-" Sno stopped her song when she opened her eyes and saw a shadow looming over her. She looked up to see a nevermore which caused Sno to stand there for a bit as she said "Oh my..." Sno then ran to the area where she assumed the grimm were and saw that a group of people were already there. Sno then spoke to the group "You think after the lecture halls were bombed the school would of tightened up on its security."

Nevermore

Nevermore
As the Nevermore began to move away from the building, making it's next circle around the area whilst waiting for the Beowolf, It suddenly felt a sharp pain behind its head. It squawked loudly as it began to take a dive, though this also allowed another hunter to miss his leap. However, the bird had to get the current hunter off of it's back as soon as it could. It began to spin like a torpedo as it swiftly fell, pulling up at the last moment before hitting the ground. With any luck, the sudden change in momentum would throw the human hunter off of its back. The Beowolf might have been the DPS in this initial assault, but now the Nevermore had two of it's own problems to deal with.

Whether or not the Creature of Grimm was able to actually get rid of the annoyance that decided to hitch a ride, the Nevermore would quickly fly up a few stories and beat its powerful wings, sending another wave of giant feathers down at the hunters below.

Beowulf

Beowulf
As it neared the short faunus boy, the Beowolf noticed that he seemed not to want to move, the idiot. However, the Grimm was quite wrong as the hunter in training slid underneath it, leaving behind only a crystal of water and earth dust. As it hit the ground, the crystal shattered and in its place a patch of poisoned brambles grew, piercing the beast with its sharp thorns. Luckily, the poison didn't seem to do anything, so at least that was a plus. Score one for the Beowolf.

In any case, the monster still had a job to do. It turned around to see the boy reaching under the bed fr something. in other word, an opening. It grabbed the short hunter, deeply growling and lifting him over its head. at that moment, the nearby door fell, revealing two more hunters who had come to the Aid of the boy who had been trapped in his room. This worked just as well. The beowolf was just gonna throw the boy at the wall, but it instead threw him at the blonde hunter who had entered the room first.

Richard Lionheart

Needless to say Richard felt like quite the idiot as he briefly flew through the air, dragging his weapon with him as he soared. Having heard his door being damaged as well as the footsteps taken toward the door-frame he knew someone had arrived... someone he didn't know, someone he did know, it didn't matter. All that mattered was that he looked like a right fool... he would have none of that. He wouldn't let this beast control his path.

And so, using his impeccable knowledge of his messy room, the short boy opted to switch places with the very piece of wood he had taken from the hazardous area the other day... unfortunately due to the nature of his semblance this merely altered the boy's course and did not stop his momentum. Rather than fly into the doorway he began to fly from the piece of wood's previous location; a bookshelf. Now, because of the angle the wood was at, the short boy flew directly across the room and hit the wall adjacent to the grimm before landing atop the very desk he had been relaxing at earlier; in a large amount of pain.

Fortunately the short man had managed to land on his feet, facing the Beowulf. Without a word he flicked his weapon's chain, bringing the other blade up to his free hand. He could feel the large bruise forming on his back already. He didn't look to see who was in the doorway, he simply told them;

"Attack it head first, there's no time for a strategy. Quarters are too close. Any second now those vines ensnaring it are going to shed off him, turn to powerless green mush."

The faunus boy threw the blade in his right hand in an overhead arc, aimed to skim down the left side of the beast's chest. After that, should it hit or miss, he grabbed the chain and flicked it upward in an attempt to catch it's snout on the way up and across the room; back to it's owner. And to conclude he threw the sickle like blade in his left hand, aiming so as it would soar passed his allies as they possibly attempted to engage the grimm, just as the right came to his hand.He had aimed to hit the grimm directly in the neck, if he was lucky he could take it's head off.

Then, using his possible allies as well as his own flying blade as a diversion, he reached down to open the desk drawer only to find his entire supply of dust within it as well as his book of golems. It was only unfortunate he had no simple means to carry the substance otherwise he would have taken it with him in the first place and likely not have been thrown. He grabbed a hold of his book as quick as he could before standing back up straight, prepared to throw the blade in his left and his mind full of ideas.

As Lloyd managed his hit on the Nevermore, he had a slight smile growing on his face. That is until the Grimm started to move frantically in order to get Lloyd down from it's back. Right before the beast dove, Lloyd let go from it and roll-landed before turning to Oliver and Sno that he had just noticed. "Hey guys, good to see you. I'm going to try to get that bird down, it will be easier to strike it then." Lloyd then turned around to look at the Nevermore as it started to throw feathers at them. He raised his hand and activated his semblance to repel the one that was coming strait for him aiming directly back at the big black bird. Although Lloyd must have underestimated the Grimm as he had to cling to the ground after the feather rain as his repel wasn't enough. At least it wasn't going to hurt him much as he was pretty sturdy.

After the aerial assault of the Grimm and his recovery of his overpowered Repel, Lloyd started to run toward the wall where he repelled himself in the same fashion than earlier, ricocheting off the wall but this time to be above the Nevermore before throwing his lance directly toward its back. Since he was able to surprise it the first time, Lloyd wasn't sure if it would work again, but the Grimm never saw him coming the first time so, he had all his chance he hoped.

Giving more than a slight grin after having jumped off his bench-evator. Oliver took more than a few seconds to notice he didn’t connect with anything, and was in fact falling. “Why me…” Oliver would squint and furrow his brow before trying to correct himself. Not before hitting the ground with a loud, and rather disconcerting thud. Standing up and dusting himself off he nodded his greetings to Lloyd and Sno before turning to glance back up at the Nevermore. “Do some grounding for us then Lloyd.” Oliver would nod at Lloyd’s comment to bring the bird down to earth. However his thoughts would be interrupted by a rain of giant feathers shooting through the air at him. “Hold onto your butts!” Oliver would shout as he moved to grab his bench-evator from before with his semblance and hold it up as a sort of shield. Flaring his aura in the process as he knew a bench wasn’t going to cut it, and he was partially right. Except for the fact that one of the feathers managed to spear through the bench hard enough that it both pushed Oliver to the ground and almost stabbed into his chest. “That was close…” Oliver would use the fact that some of the feathers were stuck in the bench to toss the feathers to one side and glance over at Lloyd as he leaps off the dorms. Turning back to Sno, Oliver refastened his grip on his weapon and gave a smirk. “I guess it’s you and me as ground support huh.”

Noting the additional assistance from the sudden newcomer, Gawain took a moment to try and analyze the situation before encountering the sudden flying body of Richard. Luckily, the boy teleported away, or rather, exchanged places with a piece of wood that was located in his room; nevertheless, the laws of physics didn't stop him from crashing. Drawing his attention away from the sudden act, Gawain focused on the Grimm immediately; when given the order to go all-in while the beast was ensnared, Gawain faltered slightly, only to take a moment to think up a method of attack before engaging, right after Richard's strike to the Grimm's neck.

Pushing forward off of his right foot, Gawain only made some few steps before already engaging the Grimm in close-ranged combat. Drawing his sword from his side in a low-grounded position, the mute boy struck outward across the Grimm's chest from its right side to its left, using both of his hands to carry the weight; Gawain was still being accustomed to the new mass added onto it, but there wasn't any time to worry or adjust.

After the first swing came to the end of its motion, Gawain stood up straight as he lifted his sword over his right shoulder and swung diagonally downwards, hopefully cutting the Grimm from its left shoulder down to its right hip. Only after the combined motions did Gawain step back to reposition himself, if all went according to plan. Gawain trusted Richard and the newcomer to have his back in the fight while Gawain had theirs, so if anything did go bad, then he hoped, in the very least, he'd make it out alright.

Nagi

Nagi watched Gawains attack and took note of Richard's apparant teleporting abilities. 'OK seems like these two know what they're doing, even if blondie needs more sword practice by the looks of it.' Gawain broke off his attack opening the lane of attack again as the Beowulf realed from the attacks it had recieved. Nagi raised his sword and built his Aura up into the blade, after all Richard did say to go all out right and it didn't look like he was going to do much more damage to the guys room as it was.
Nagi took a short step and brought the blade down in a two handed overhead swing. As the blade cug downward a arc of Aura raced accross the ground to strike the Grimm down its center. Hafting his sword out of the floor Nagi felt his blood pumping faster as the addrenaline peaked in his body. Resting Grimsever behind him in a ready grip he prepared to attack again.

Sno managed to dodge the feathers that were being shot at from the nevermore and heard the plan that the one with two toned hair said and she replied to him with "If you are going to try to bring this bird down then wouldn't my semblance be better for the job? I mean it's usually better to attack from above which is basically what my semblance does." Sno knew that the man had seen her semblance before so she didn't feel like she had a reason to explain it. Instead she just made her way closer to the nevermore as she said "In order to make sure it stays on the ground it would be best to attack the wings that way it wouldn't be able to fly correct?..Well lets hope my semblance does just that." Sno then looked up to the bird and began to sing as she activated her semblance "Tsumetai kisetsu ga hajimari Toiki mo shiroku kumoru koro ni Ikikau hitobito no kage Ikutsu mo oikoshite ku Ashibaya ni machi o arukeba Natsukashii keshiki omoidashite Marude wasurete ita youde Sukoshi dake setsunaku naru Toki wa meguri yagate otona ni nari Taisetsuna koto sae wasurete yuku no? Nevermore
The feather attack worked pretty well for the Never more the first time, giving way for the beowolf to infiltrate the school. The bird figured that if ts feathers could shatter a panel of glass like it did, then it would be quite effective in skewing a few hunters when used offensively. While this hypothesis was not quite disproven; the razor sharp feathers could still very much do a great amount of damage, the Nevermore was no able to see it in action. The android may have gotten hit, but the others had their own ways of avoiding the attack. What a bummer. What's more, the beast noticed one of its own feathers flying toward it a little too late, and could not move in time to dodge completely, the feather Grazing its torso.

The Human began his strange ascent once more, but this time the Nevermore was aware. It flipped to it's back to try to catch him in its beak, but noticed Ice forming above it. Time to get out. It flipped back around as it dove out of the way, hoping that the human might run into the ice before making his attack. Unfortunately, The bird itself didnt quite make it out, It's tail getting hit by a freezing shard. It Squawked loudly, looped over, and dove right toward the Android that had pained him. It planned to lift her up in its talons, fly up three stories, and throw her back down.

The Beowolf watched his faunus ammo fly toward the other hunters, but was visibly taken aback when he was suddenly replaced by a random piece of wood board. Where did he go? Well, the monster found out too little too late Feeling the sudden pain at its side. It looked to see a chain scythe that had just attacked the Grimm, commanded by the Hunter kid. It shrieked with a bit of a roar as it grabbed the chain and yanked hard in an attempt to throw the one who held it into the Man currently running in for an attack. Whether it worked or not however, this left the Beowolf open to a long ranged attack from the third hunter, who projected his Aura to hit the beast. The wolf groaned and fell backwards, Stumbling into the wall behind it as it tried to get up. It was inconvenient, this small size of these living spaces. Someone really needed to look into that.

Richard Lionheart

Richard Lionheart
Richard growled in aggravation as he felt himself being pulled from the desktop, it hadn't exactly given him sure footing as it was and even a light tug would probably have been enough to send the light little man flying. However as he flew, weapon in one hand and book in the other; set on a light blue page. It was almost a certainty that he'd crash into Gawain... had he not had his semblance. While the forward momentum of falling from a desk may have spelled certain face-fall for some Richard saw it as an opportunity. To the left of Gawain the beast was inching up the wall. The white haired boy to the beast's own left; having just completed his slash. Between them, having been unmoved due to it's lack of momentum, lay the wood he had switched with earlier. He saw it like clockwork.

He let go of his weapon mid-flight, he just had to. It would weigh him down... unfortunately this meant half his weapon may have clattered into Gawain on the way passed but still. The short boy switched places with the piece of wood in front of him, doing so brought him to land on his knees. He tumbled a little but took advantage of the momentum the best he could, rolling to his feet with he book extended in front of him. He lunged in book first, attempting to hit the Wulf with what was meant to form into an ice golem. However, due to force he was going to strike either the grimm or the wall behind it with, he knew it would turn into a shed-load of icy spikes expanding from and incasing the book; capable of piercing flesh... should he land the hit he was certain it would freeze the beast in place in addition to the initial effect. Should he hit the wall the beast would likely be shocked and impaled, unless it were to quickly recover and get passed him before he had crashed into it. He knew this meant he would be in the monster's reach but it was worth it. Now was a chance to end this.

"Oi brats! Pile up on it! Can't be far from gone now! I've got it distracted!"

Lloyd was glad that his repel did work and sent the feather back at its sender, but he would have been happier if it would have made a direct hit rather than simply grazing the flying beast. Still, it was a good try and it could have been far worse. Although, it kinda went worse to be honest as when he had thrown his lance at the beast back, he threw it in nothing, completely missing his target that was well aware of him by now. "Things never work twice in a  row Lloyd, not with you... it's like lightning... Ah well, at least I tried..." Now in midair and defenseless, Lloyd was ready to receive a blow from the Nevermore, but the bird dove as if it was trying to avoid something. Lloyd looked up to see what the beast was looking at and saw ice spikes forming right above him and started to fall towards him. Not able to avoid the ones coming right at him, he turned himself in midair to at least avoid any direct contact by parrying them with his arms, but hitting those ice spikes technically bare handed did left a mark.

Lloyd then ended up on the ground and not in the most elegant way as his body simply slammed itself. He then stood up, with some difficulty, losing sight of the Grimm and Sno for a moment as he went to pick his weapon that was stuck in the ground from his earlier throw. He then looked at Oli that seemed okay from the feather rain before asking. "Hey, where's Sno? She was there a moment ago, right?"

Gave yet another nod to Sno as she moved forward to go try her semblance out. “You do that. I’ll see what my options are." Noticing his discarded bench with a giant feather through it Oliver thought ‘Hey. Board and Nail’ then Oliver tried to lift it with his semblance and move to use said board and ‘nail’ to hit the Nevermore fluttering in the sky. Whether he was successful or not however Oliver would bring the bench back down near him so that he could possibly use it again as a shield. Depending on if the Nevermore shot more feathers or not. He didn’t seem to notice Lloyd get hit by both Sno’s semblance and the fact that he hit the ground with a rather ungraceful fall. Dusting himself off from his run in with a feather grazing his chest Oliver turned his head to notice Lloyd approaching him. “Oh hey Lloyd.” He tilted his head to the side and peered over his bench-cover. “Uh. No I haven’t seen Sno. She told me she’d just move ahead and use her semblance.” Oliver would then look at Lloyd and give him the quick up and down. “You look beat buddy. Get behind the bench.” Oliver would give Lloyd a slight wave for him to join him behind the bench.

Gawain Egret

Gawain Egret
With the surprise attack by the Grimm, Gawain was taken aback when he saw Richard flying towards him; however, after he substituted away, leaving behind a piece of wood, Gawain found himself being attacked by Richard's weapon instead. Forcing himself into a rushed stop, Gawain raised his sword in hopes of blocking the incoming scythe, but he failed. The scythe slashed the mute boy's shoulder before coming into contact with Gawain's sword, drawing itself to a stop. The boy grunted in slight pain as a piece of his coat was cut open but drew himself to his senses as Richard shouted to the white-haired boy and Gawain. Rotating his sword with his left hand into a upward position while taking the scythe in his right hand, Gawain readied himself with both weapons pointed outwards, looking over towards the white-haired boy and then at Richard and the Grimm.

Stepping forward towards the Grimm, and subsequently Richard, Gawain drew his right arm back and then forward, tossing the chain scythe forward at the Grimm, hopefully hitting the torso or head of it. Then, after the first attack, Gawain lowered his sword to his left side and charged forward towards the cornered Grimm. No matter where the scythe hit or the outcome of Richard's own attack, Gawain drew himself to a stop and thrust the tip of his sword forward at the stomach of the Grimm. If the attack didn't land, then, the boy simply hoped the other two had his back.

Nagi

Nagi
This fight was getting out of control fast, even though they had the advantage of numbers against the Beowolf, it seemed to be targeting Richard, added was the threat a cornered beast could represent in any situation. The grimm were avatars of primal ferocity. Something Nagi made sure never to forget. 'we need to finish it here. I remember seeing that Nevermore outside, if it brought this Beo it can bring more as well.'

Nagi circled around to the Wolf's open flank putting himself along that shattered window and trapping the Grimm in the small rooms corner. 'The bease is boxed in, and wounded.' He thought seeing Gawain charge the beast after tossing the chain scythe at their quarry. 'if it gets desperate it could possibly overpower us, but that chain could prove our advantage if the beowolf rages.' That thought in Mind Nagi set Grimmsever into its sheath and charged the Grimm. He needed to be quick for this to work.
Seeing Gawain was attack the beo's front and the scythe wasn't thrown at an angle to impale the Grimm Nagi retrieved the Chain before lassoing it around the Grimms head and neck before pulling the slack free and burrying the scythe into the floorboards of the room. "Anchor your end!" He shouted to Richard as the boys spell was finishing its cast hopeing that they had acted in time to tether the beasts throat and keep it from rampaging through them as they closed on it.

Sno Lagu

Sno Lagu
Sno was happy to see that her attack hit the beast but it didn't really do what she had planned for it to do. Sno began to think Hmm so if they didn't work maybe I should do it more I know it had an affect on it but didn't really ground it like I wanted. So should I do it again? Maybe I could att- Oh no! Sno was then picked up by the nevermore. As she was being taken into the sky she could hear two people question where she was and she yelled back to them "I AM UP HERE! HOW DID YOU NOT SEE ME BEING TAKEN BY THE NEVERMORE?! IT'S A GIANT BIRD FOR PEET'S SAKE! REGARDLESS GET ME DOWN FROM HER-" Sno's words were cut off when the nevermore dropped her and she began falling and screaming "THIS IS NOT WHAT I MEANT!" Sno hit the ground pretty hard this caused her left arm and right leg to lock up in order to prevent it from falling off but due to the impact the locks did not unlock. Sno’s head also hit the ground pretty hard too and there was a minor dent in it and but the more delicate internal components were having a hard time processing what was happening because they were knocked out of place.

Nevermore

Nevermore
The nevermore watched the girl fall, apparently unable to do anything about it, proud that it had made a successful attack. However, out of the corner of his eye it spotted a brown object headed directly toward it. It looked to see a bench, the one that kept moving, being hurled toward the giant bird and it had no way of being avoided anymore. If only the nevermore had noticed sooner. The bench hit its target, the leg stabbing into the beast, And squawked loudly in rage inducing pain. However the creature did watch the Bench fall back down, or rather return to its master. Before long, two of the three bothersome hunters were hiding behind the wood board. Furious, the Giant avian dove back down, planning to crash into the board and grab whoever it could, whether it be one or both of the hunters. It then would fly back to the building, up three stories, and slam them into the wall. It wasn't going to go down without a good fight.
