What are all the formulas for combat like taking damage, recieving damage, etc...

I know I asked this before, but I completely forgot the formulas and I don't think there is a thread that goes over them...

Dust based; (Spt X 5 + Dust rank X 10) - (Res X 5 + Magic Armour rank X 10)
Physical; (Str X 5 + Weapon rank X 10) - (Def X 5 + Armour rank X 10)
Attacking use your spt/str and opponents res/def, opposite when defending.
