Orion Xingguang

Orion Xingguang
It was a first official day for the host club and Orion being the leader was the first to get there. Orion was setting up a book for the host club while thinking Okay so I don't know too much about the other guys but I know I have asked around a bit from other students so I have a decent idea as to what they are like. The book was a book that had all the host club members and a description of them and a picture.

(Click the spoilers/Pages to see the images!)

Host Club Book
Page One- Orion Xingguang:
Orion is a nice and simple kind of guy that always tries to find the right words to say to make a girl feel wanted. He enjoys talking about the future and doesn't like talking about his own past. He is also the leader of the club and can sometimes be a little old fashioned.
Page Two- Lloyd Vanheim:
Lloyd is known to be very caring and will do anything to make sure that the people around him are happy and safe. He enjoys talking about music.
Page Three- The Twins Kyle and Kenneth Lepida :
These two are very similar they are more of the quiet type which makes them ideal listeners. Also the wrappings on their faces add a bit of mystery to them what could possibly be under that wrapping? Maybe you can get close enough to find out?
Page Four- Bernat Menelaus Brennan:
Not many people seem to know Bernat so there is not much to go on for personality which leaves him as a bit of a mystery.
Page Five- Gawain Egret:
Gawain doesn't speak at all in stead he writes down everything he wants to say. He is sometimes shy at first but the quiet ones usually have a sweet side. He is known for playing the piano and enjoys talking about classical music. He might even play for you if you ask him.
Page Six- Xavier Pendragon Holstein:
Xaiver is see as a bit of the cold type and a bit antisocial. His shell might be hard to crack so he is good for anyone that likes a challenge.

By the time he was done with the book he them remembered something as he said "Right the piano." Orion exited the room and began to push in a rather old grand piano that he got from the music room since they were going to dismantle it and salvage it because of it's age but it still worked so he took it. The piano was a bit of a challenge to move since one of the wheels was broken off of it but he was slowly managing to get it in the room where he wanted it as the book he made laid on one of the tables.

Averia stood in front of the grand double doors of the Host Club room, arms folded beneath her chest and one leg tapping the floor. Her classes were finished for the day and she had gone here to see someone. Was she really doing this? Ridiculous. But fun. Incredibly awkward though. But still fun. Heh. Might as well do it. Why not~ She walked forward and pushed the double doors open before stepping in. Her bright blue gaze scanned the interior of the room. Eh, not too shabby, nothing too grand either.

As a guy greeted her, welcoming her to the club, Averia nodded. "So, Host Club right? I'm here to see Levon," she said with a soft smile. Though much to her disappointment, the guy didn't seem to know who she was talking about. That must not be his name then.

"Lance. No? Ludwig... Layton? Leandro? Ah I know. Lucien!"

The guy kept shaking his head much to the girl's disappointment. Fortunately, he handed her a book which included all the host's details. Her eyes immediately shifted to the two-tone haired guy and pointed at him before showing it to the person.

"This one! Lloyd~"

Lloyd Vanheim

Lloyd Vanheim
Lloyd was here early at the club along with Orion making the latest preparation for the first day the Host Club of Syne finally opened its doors to the public. While Lloyd was doing a little bit of cleaning, it seemed like Orion had made a full profile book about each hosts, him included. Lloyd wondered what Orion had written about him now, but he didn't bothered looking or asking and kept cleaning. He then heard Orion talking about a piano before he left. Lloyd approached the book slowly and looked at it without opening it. "What secrets lies in you..." Orion then came back struggling with the piano, tying to move it with a missing wheel. "Wait, let me help..." He rushed at the spot where the wheel was broken and was preventing it from scratching the floor, the one they had to repair and wax not long ago. "...wouldn't want to repair the floor again no, would we?" The two guys finally placed the piano where Orion needed it to be, as everyone simply left all the planing to him and followed his instructions all the time.

After a while, Lloyd had finish his cleaning, the piano was set up with a contingency plan for the wheel (some old book too old to even been readable) in order for the piano to not move or damage the floor. Since the club was about to open, Lloyd went in front of a mirror and looked at himself for a moment... well, more at his coat to be honest. "Hmmm... You look good that way, but maybe something a bit classier would work better? Like a tailcoat maybe?" After saying those words, the coat started to switch form, shortening in length, removing the fur... ending its transformation as a simple white tailcoat that contrasted itself with the rest of Lloyd's clothes that were all black. "Perfect"

Not even a second after, Lloyd began to hear someone, a girl, asking for a certain host at the door. Lloyd couldn't see who it was from where he was so he decided to walk toward where the door, thus where Orion and the girl were, to see for himself. As he walked, he heard so many names that weren't belonging to any hosts of the club, but Lloyd noticed the pattern of L. "Could it be? No, it can't, right?" Now at the door, Lloyd saw the girl he had met along in two Grimms sighting and that just at the moment she finally got his name right for the first time... only with the use of the book. He stood by the door smiling and sighing to greet her. "Glad to see that you got my name right for once Missy. Of course, I can overlook the need of the book for this time. He chuckled lightly before inviting her inside. He was a little bit nervous, it was his first time hosting and it was someone he had seen multiple times. "So, if you please come in, I hope that you will enjoy my humble presence as your host. Now, what would you want us to do? I am all ears.

Gawain Egret

Gawain Egret
Entering the slightly abandoned building with his casual attire, white coat, blue shirt, white slacks, and white shoes, accompanied by his beige satchel, Gawain started towards the Host Club's room. That day was going to be their first official opening, and even if Gawain prepared himself with a few pieces of music to entertain anyone who chose him for their host, he wasn't quite sure on how to talk to others. He only ever made small talk when he conveniently encountered people and interacted far much more with friends he already had. Nevertheless, the boy knew that the Host Club would offer insight on how to be more social despite his muteness; that's why he accepted since the start.

Entering the room, Gawain noticed an early arrival from Av, a girl he met not so long ago. She was quiet early as well, considering that several of the other hosts hadn't arrived yet, excluding Lloyd and Orion. Smiling lightly at the three with a gentle wave, Gawain headed towards the piano that was set up before placing his satchel down on the clean floor before opening the cover and propping it up. Going through each key, Gawain examined which sounded off-key, on-key, and somewhere in the middle of the two before heading to tune the piano to the exact measurements, taking some tools from his satchel for the process. Such a task would take quite a few hours to do, but without such time, the pianist skimmed through the tuning process, making slight adjustments to make sure everything was fine at the least.

After the minutes passed that Gawain dedicated to tuning, Gawain returned to the piano and played through each key once more, making sure that everything sounded decent at best. Even though the boy kept to himself throughout the process, he didn't mind the loneliness at all; all the time he spent was similar to the days he dedicated to playing the piano on his own. Pulling up a chair in the spot, Gawain removed his music folder, filled with a variety of pieces of different genres he adapted. Choosing one of them that fit the start of the Host Club, Gawain laid the sheets on the grand before him before resting his fingers on their appropriate starting keys. Going through the motions of the piece for roughly a minute, Gawain took a deep breath, relaxed his body, and started.

Lucille Annabelle Klug

Lucille Annabelle Klug
It seemed that this could be a new character trait or some sort of new gig or running gag for poor little Lucy: every time she had somewhere she was to embark upon, she always ended up getting lost and end up in the complete opposite area of where she needed to be. This was because she was having some interference with the GPS-option of her scroll, although she wasn't sure exactly why this was happening, but it made it impossible for her to find the room she desired most to find and embrace: the library.

Lucy loved to read books, more than just about anything, except for playing with animals of course. She liked all sorts of books: fiction and non-fiction, adventure stories, thriller novels, romances (as long as they weren't too detailed), horror (although not as often as others, due to her being frightened easily), science fiction, history, biographies and autobiographies...if it was a book, she'd read it, no matter what. It was also the only place she felt calm, what with her dorm not full established yet for her to stay there, leaving her to spend the night with others like Mr. Davis until her room was ready.

Fortunately, she wasn't in a complete state of disrepair, as hinted at by Mr. Floppsies's honest and becoming peridot-shade of green for her head-warmer. She really REALLY wanted to find the library and sit down and read a good book, but unfortunately she ended up in what seemed like a rather abandoned portion of the academy. It looked unattended, and it was actually starting to creep her out a bit until she saw a much braver girl push open some doors a little ways off and walk in. Lucy let her curiosity get the better of her and she hurried over to the big double doors and gently pushed them open...and she gave a little gasp when she saw what was inside. She slowly walked into a rather pretty room that seems to have been recently cleaned up debris and dust, and was decorated ever so slightly, but those decorations were rather well arranged...and with the windows letting it light, all the accents and the mood all matched together to bring one thing: joy...and also a sense of relaxation.

She walked over to a table and slowly picked up a book, and she read the title aloud. "Confusion: Syne Academy Host...Club?" Never before had Lucy even heard of such a thing, and she didn't want to bother anyone with her questions, so she quickly thought about what a Host Club was...and her mind was met with a response:

Lots of young men dressed in prim and proper clothing and looking rather elegant and charming, similar dressed men pouring tea for ladies who were also dressed up proper similar to Lucy herself, one nicely dressed man sitting on a couch with a lady on either side talking to them both, the words 'entertainment' and 'conversation'.

Lucy stopped thinking and shuddered at that last word: 'conversation.' It was her fatal flaw, communication with others, one of the many things she wasn't good at and by far what she was worst at. The last thing she wanted to do was willing subject herself to having to communicate with another person just...for fun, least of all a boy her age. She was now very nervous and felt out of place, evidence leaning to Mr. Floppsies's hat changing into a rather handsome shade of orange, and she was actually planning on leaving when she saw the brave girl again. She was spouting random names that started with the letter 'L', possibly looking for someone here? Lucy prayed she was looking for her, but she decided to try and follow in this girl's footsteps and take the first forward step.

Lucy opened the book and saw a list of...boy's? Yes, a list of boys, describing what their personalities were like and even including a picture of them. At first glance, the description of this Mr. Vanheim seemed very endearing, and she decided she would like to sit down and speak with him the most. She wasn't sure what she would say to him, but his picture made it look like his hair was actually two completely different tones...but also completely natural somehow. While she had gotten distracted about trying to ask this Mr. Vanheim why his hair was similar in nature to that of a cow, she forgot that she actually needed to ask to speak with someone to request the kind-looking man. She turned to speak to the man who had handed her the book, not looking up and somewhat mumbling in a bit of a low and nervous tone.

"Request: Oh...umm, if you don't mind...well, that is, if he doesn't mind...that is, umm, I...I would like to c-c-converse with...M-Mr. Vanhei-"

"This one! Lloyd~"

The brave girl had finally remembered who she was looking for, and it seemed that she may have been looking for the man Lucy decided she wanted to converse with all along. This tore her thought process in half: on one side, she wanted to participate and she really only felt comfortable choosing Mr. Vanheim; on the other, she in no way, shape, or form wanted to deprive the brave girl of conversing with him either, especially since she had wanted to speak with him before Lucy had even walked in the room. Lucy debated about it in her head, trying to decide whether to politely ask the brave girl to allow her to speak with Mr. Vanheim, to leave her alone and choose someone else, or to just leave altogether and try to find the library. As she struggled to decided, the living and breathing version of the man who fit the picture she saw came up and spoke to the brave girl like he had already met with her before.

Mr. Vanheim was clearly busy.

On that note, Lucy decided that for once she would not give up, and she reopened the book and began searching the other men for someone else that seemed like the best choice to talk to. Her eyes settled on a young man with pretty blonde hair and even prettier green eyes, eyes that seemed to have lots of spark in them. She pondered for a moment why Mr. Egret would choose to be silent, preferring to speak through words on a page rather than with conventional spoken language like most others. His description did mention him as shy, so maybe he disliked talking to others as much as she did. Assuring herself that she had found someone she could relate to, she actually felt a bit calmer, Mr. Floppsies's becoming shade of peridot-green changing into a fine lighter green glow that would normally seem a bit loud or in a form of bad taste for a hat...but Mr. Floppsies's made it work like a true gentlerabbit. Besides, they would soon adapt to his unique style, the only reason that they hadn't already being that this was the first time she had managed to feel even close to normal or okay since she arrived at the academy.

She went to turn around and ask the man for her choice of a conversationist. "Request: Sir, if you don't mind, and if he's not b-busy...I would like to s-speak with Mr. Egr-" suddenly, a most beautiful sound of piano keys cut her off and filled the room with a new sense of wonder. This glorious music not only set the mood and atmosphere, but it also went perfectly with the arrangements and decor, setting the room apart from the academy and drifting it off into it's own little wonderland. Such elegant finger-play forced Lucy to look over to the source of the musical blessing, and that's when she spotted the blonde boy with green eyes commanding a rather antique looking piano.

Mr. Egret was clearly busy.

Unfortunately it would seem that no one would learn to love Mr. Floppsies's sense of style when it come to his taste in fine light-green head-wear, as it changed alarmingly fast to a rather dapper hue of yellow. Lucy was in a high state of panic: she had chosen two different hosts from the book, and both times she had failed to succeed in actually picking one and speaking to him...two strikes, failed twice.  Now her body was covered in trembles, and she wanted to do nothing short of running as fast as she could and hiding somewhere so that she could cry in peace at how terrible she was at just talking with people. In fact, if she could just run all the way back to her old home and sit in her room and just cuddle with Mr. Floppsies while lying on her bed...that's what she craved most of all.

However, in spite of all this, somehow she reached deep inside herself and grabbed onto the last sliver of courage she had...and opened the book once more. She saw the man at the top, and decided he would do best. She wasn't sure about feeling 'wanted', whatever that entailed, but his picture with his interesting blue hair and his gentle smile made her feel a bit more relaxed.

Once again, without looking at the man, she asked for what would be her final try: if this failed, she would whisk herself away from this possible safe-haven and never return. "Request: Umm...I-I-I w-would like t-to speak w-with M-Mr. Xing..." she stopped for a moment, because she realized she didn't know how to say his name properly, and she might be mistake and be forced to meet with someone else. The dreadful thought of speaking with a man much worse than they man she wanted to converse with plagued her mind, so she thought deeply for a moment...and suddenly, what she hoped was the right pronunciation came to mind."Resume Request: Mr. Xingguang. I w-would like to speak w-with Mr. Xingguang, please." she requested in a very polite manner, pronouncing the first portion of his name like a blend of the words 'seen' and 'zing', while pronouncing the latter portion like fusion of the Spanish word for handsome 'guapo' and the word 'swan' or 'gong'.

She bowed politely, and then immediate stood back up a bit frozen in time, a startled look on her face. "Feeble Following Statement: I mean, well...that is, umm...if he's not too busy, that is."

Alexander Davis

"Dang nab it... where did that kid vanish off to?" Alex grumbled to himself as he quickly darted through the castle that housed Syne Academy. He had been trusted with being Lucille's escort while she remained at the Academy... and in his opinion he wasn't doing that well. On day one he did alright with getting her from the airship to the academy, but after that he didn't do so well. He almost completely forgot about her on the second day, which was also the first day he was teaching his survival class. He only realized he forgot about her when she had ran headlong into the classroom door frame.

And now, once again, he had lost track of her. And for some reason trying to use the homing device on her scroll wasn't working properly. So now he was simply following her trail, and it seemed to be going all over the place. Was she running around in a panic? Was someone chasing her? Or was someone luring her to an unknown location? Alex wasn't sure because the only foot prints going in Lucy's direction were her own. At least it was easy to follow her thanks to her a-typical footprint; small and yet left a deep impression. She must weight far more then she appeared.

Finally he followed her trail to a part of the academy that wasn't in use, but now that he was here he could see several more sets of tracks that had come in this direction... and they all seemed rather fresh so they had to of come this way within the pass couple hours, if not hour. One set of tracks looked familiar but he really couldn't place it. Soon he had reached a set of doors leading into one particular building, and every set of footprints he had been seeing led into it, including Lucy's. If the person who had been black mailed him was here, Alex was going to make sure they didn't get away in one piece and that Lucy came out intact.

With that in mind, he reached over his shoulder to curl his fingers around Oblivinator, opened the doors... and his jaw dropped. What the hell am I looking at?? Alex thought as he glanced around. The place was well decorated, several students were here talking to each other... and there was Lucy attempting to talk to a man while examining a book. In the back he could see Averia, which was probably why he recognized one set of footprints. "Lucy? You alright?" Alex asked, a hint of concern in his voice as he walked up to her and saw the book in her hands.

That's when he let out a groan and slapped himself across the forehead, not sure if he should drag his charge out of here or if he should laugh. "A host club?" Alex let out a sigh and shook his head. "Lucy, before you request to see someone, you do realize what they do here, right?" Alex asked with a puzzled tone. He wasn't worried about her safety, but still this place might not be the best location for her considering her communication skills weren't the best.

So much was happening in such little time that is made Orion think Wow.. I have to be honest I didn't expect people to start coming already... Okay let's see what else do I have to do... Well I kinda need to find out where the rest of our guys are.. Then there is the snacks I should probably set out on the tables along with the tea... And then. Orion's train of thought derailed when he heard the first girl request to see one of the hosts. Orion realized that it was time to begin and that he will just have to do a bit of improv which wasn't a real problem for him. Orion heard the sound of the piano and though Okay.. Totally didn't notice Gawain.. When did he get here? and how did I not notice?... Maybe it is because he is so quiet? Orion then noticed another girl and she picked up the book. This girl seemed to be a tad shy as she was trying to request someone that is until she chose Orion. Orion approached the girl with a smile and spoke very calmly to her "Please feel free to just call me Orion my dear." Orion then noticed that he was still wearing his casual clothing mainly because he didn't want to ruin his more formal clothes while preparing everything. Orion was using his usual more old fashioned style as he bowed and said "You must forgive me for my attire Princess." Orion then notice some else step into the club it was a guy and he seemed to know the girl that had requested Orion. Orion seemed to be a bit annoyed by his words as he replied to the man "Our goal as a host club is to make sure our guests are happy nothing more nothing less.. What were you implying that we do here?"

Avy Frost

Avy Frost
While waiting for the guy she 'requested', the sound of the door opening behind her caused Averia to turn and look at the newcomer. Her eyes widened as a smile curved on her lips; it was someone she recognised almost immediately. "Gawain!" She exclaimed, giving a soft smile and a wave at him. He's a member of the Host Club? What an interesting side to the typically passive boy.

Not long after, she caught sight of the main reason she was here in the first place: the two-tone haired guy. Her eyebrows raised as she eyed him in his formal tailcoat - a different style from the usual clothes he wore. A small smirk curved at the edge of her lips when he stopped in front of her. He was very... pleasing to the eyes.

Averia was impressed; she didn't think the Host Club took it this seriously. Had she known earlier, she would've adorned something more decent than her casual all-black sleeveless top off-shoulder overlay, skirt and knee-high boots. Totally underdressed for the occasion. Ha! But being the queen that she is, she'd still look fab in anything she wears. She'd rock a bag of sack like it's a catwalk high fashion.

"Heya Len, long time no see." She beamed. She finally noticed the young girl, the blue-haired host and... her Survival 101 professor?! What's he doing here in the Host Club? And judging from the tone of both men, something was bound to happen and Averia took that as her cue to get out of the place.

While following the slow two-tone haired guy inside, she slipped her hands and wrapped them around his arm before dragging the guy towards the more secluded part of the room to hide from her professor. The latter didn't seem to be pleased of the idea of the 'Host Club' after all.

"So uhh.." She finally released his arm and took a step back, clearing her throat in the process. "What would I want you to do? I don't know." She tilted her head in thought. "I mean, it's my first time here and it's not like I'm familiar with your procedures, so hmm. I guess entertain me maybe? Isn't that what hosts do?"

And since she was getting tired of standing, she took a seat on the couch. (=w=)

Lloyd Vanheim

Lloyd Vanheim
Lloyd noticed the way that his hunting partner gave him as she was kinda staring at him. He wondered why she was looking at him this was but didn't really mind no knowing, although it was making him a tad bit embarrassed. The girl then spoke, using the wrong name again even though she had just read it out loud not a moment ago. "Alright, she's totally doing that on purpose, it can't be anything else. If she has legit that much difficulty remembering my name, then her memory is worse than mine... Dunno if I hope she's doing that on purpose... why would she anyway? Just for the fun of teasing me? That's possible to be honest..."

Lloyd then look toward Gawain as he played the piano, filling the room with a nice and soft melody. He closed his eyes for a moment thinking of the time he played the piano himself before switching to learn to play guitar instead. Less fancy but as beautiful.

Before long his client wrapped her hands around his arm and pulled him further in the room in a more secluded area. Lloyd wondered why as he hasn't noticed the teacher coming in. Having the girl at his arm like that only grew ever so slightly his embarrassment from earlier. It's not like he hated it anyway, he was even somewhat enjoying it. When the girl finally let go and thought about what to do and simply said to entertain her, Lloyd sighed internally as he had no clue himself about what to do. As she sat in the couch, Lloyd thought for a small moment. "Hmmm, entertain you... I'm no performance artist but maybe I could find something. Would you like something to drink or to eat by the way, Milady? A little sweet snack with a cup of tea maybe?"

Lloyd went for another room where he took a small plate that he brought to the table where the snacks were. He took a couple of shortcakes and other sweets along with a kettle full of tea and two cups before joining his client again. He poured the tea in the two cups and sat next to her on the couch. "I hope you'll like the tea, it's a recipe that a friend of mine thought me. It goes in harmony anything really." He then took a sip of his cup. The tea wasn't too hot nor too cold, just perfect making him sigh of great comfort from it. Lloyd then tried to think how to entertain her somehow. He thought maybe starting with a casual conversation could work and maybe bring better ideas. "So, Milady, do you like music?"

Gawain Egret

Gawain Egret
When his fingers fell on the last note of the song, Gawain gently and slowly lowered his hands to his side as he exhaled through his lips, relaxing. The piece was joyful and upbeat, and the mute pianist believed the theme was fitting for the mood of that day's event. To the boy, music was always a viable choice to set the mood of events, meetings, conversations, and even altercations, in one's mind in the very least. After all, the piano was another language to Gawain; unable to talk, he solely relied on his notepad until the day he learned how to play. Smiling down at the piano before him, Gawain nodded his head once to himself before turning to examine the rest of the room, having almost always fallen into a trance when he played.

Upon examination of the room, Gawain found it to be further filled with an addition of two guests; however, there was Professor Davis attending the Host Club for an odd reason. Nonetheless, there was also the addition of another girl, a young and sweet-looking one, Gawain would say. Upon further examination though, the situation seemed almost as if Orion and the Professor were arguing over something, presumably over the young girl, given their posture and location in the room. Regardless of what the argument's topic was, Gawain hoped that nothing ill was to come of the two, possibly three.

Turning to the remaining two in the room, Gawain grew a gentle smile, dismissing his frown on the altercation, when he saw the interaction between two acquaintances. The boy thought it was nice that Lloyd had found someone to attend to, even if it was Av; Gawain knew how troublesome the girl could be from his own experience, but he only knew her from their first meeting. Anything beyond that was an entire mystery. Nevertheless, even if he wanted to learn more about Av, she already chose someone else, and, based on Lloyd's and Av's actions together, they were good friends, more so than Gawain's bonds to them.

Without anyone to tend to, Gawain turned back to the piano, reaching out to his folder and placing the piece he played back inside. Only then did he begin searching for another song to play while keeping an eye out for anyone that would arrive. He was the last host there that wasn't taken, unless one of the others was willing to take on more than one guest. Regardless, Gawain was ready for whatever outcome. He was a lonely one in the end.

Lucille Annabelle Klug

Lucille Annabelle Klug
"Astonishment: Oh, y-your M-M-Mr. Xingguang!"

Lucy was a bit taken aback by this man who insisted to be referred to by his first name. She was a bit nervous as he got closer to her, but his tone was very sweet and gentle and he seemed like a very nice young man. She also noted that his smile very rather pretty, matching his overall complexion, and that his hair was indeed as blueish-green as it was in his picture. She was half-tempted to fiddle with it to see if it was real, but she knew people had a thing called 'personal space' and didn't like to be touching in certain ways at certain times in certain places...very confusing, but Lucy noted she didn't really liked being touched at all, so she could relate to that.

What caught her off-guard, however, was how this new man addressed her: first as 'my dear', then as...as...

"Acknowledgement: ..P-pr-princess? Continuation: M-Me?! Denial: I-I-I'm not a pr-princess, I'm a s-student h-here at-"

Then she recalled the picture of the man pouring tea for a lady, and the word 'entertainment', and it clicked for her: this was a form of entertainment, so he was being kind and polite with endearing terms to make her feel, as her entry in the book stated, 'wanted.' She still didn't understand how being nice and polite to a lady was considered entertainment, she always thought that was proper thing to do in general, but she did like the attention and endearment as evident by her face blushing around her cheeks and nose.

"Acceptance: W-why thank y-you for the k-kind words, M-Mr. Orion. Rebuttal: I-I find n-nothing wrong w-with your c-current attire. Compliment: In f-fact, I-I think you...l-l-l...lookratherhandsomeatthemoment." she looked down in an effort to hide her blushing. No man had treated her like this before...well, no man outside Mr. Davis that was, but this man was around her age and was also going a bit farther than what she was used to...although she didn't know how to describe exactly what she meant by that thought pattern.

Speak of the devil, her escort Mr. Davis arrived, his face looking worried until he saw Lucy. She hadn't meant to wander off, but he had been busy speaking with another teacher and she had thought she would have found the library easily on her own, having been there once.

"Greetings: H-Hello, Mr. Davis. Apologies: I-I'm s-sorry I t-took off like th-that. Explanation: I was c-certain I c-could find the library on m-my own, and y-you were b-busy so I d-didn't want to t-trouble you. Affirmative: Yes, I d-do understand what they do here. Persuasion: It i-is a f-form of en-entertainm-ment, and they s-serve you t-tea and c-crumpets!" Lucy gave Mr. Floppsies a quick squeeze, evidence that she was excited about the idea of crumpets and tea.

"Addition: I a-already made a r-request to sp-speak to Mr. Xin-err, Mr. Orion, s-so he will b-be m-my host." a small smile emerged on her face at the idea of...well, basically having someone wait on her. She finally understood that the point was to entertain ladies to feel good and be happy, and this made her eager to try it out as she definitely wanted to be happy. Mr. Floppsies's hat had just hit a dashing hue of darker green, but unfortunately it jumped up to handsome shade of orange as there seemed to be confrontation between Mr. Davis and Mr. Orion.

"Urgent Exclamation: Nonono! Assurance: E-E-Everyth-thing is okay, Mr. Davis. Additional Assurance: Hon-Honestly, they mean no h-harm here, M-M-Mr. Orion is just..." she cut herself off, as she had already met enough resistance in trying to participate in this cute little club, she was convinced it wasn't meant to be. Mr. Davis clearly didn't like the idea of her being involved with the club, and regardless of his reasons why, he was just there for her best interest. Besides she originally requested to go to the library and left his side without informing him, so she didn't really have the right to argue with him over anything or convince him otherwise.

Lucy hung her head and most of her upper body in defeat. "Complying Statement: Mr. Davis, if you think it's best, I'll follow you to the library..." she uttered in a very saddened and otherwise empty tone that she hadn't used since she was first told she had no choice but to leave her old home. She slowly moped by Mr. Davis and headed towards the doorway.

At first Alex hadn't really cared that he had interrupted the two students talking to each other, but at the moment he was a little bit too worried about Lucy's well being. It was to the point that someone could say he was being over protective.... and they would be right. It was the motive behind his over protectiveness that Alex that could be called into question; it was true that Alex wanted to keep Lucy safe, but he also wanted to keep her out of danger so his black mailer didn't expose everything about that fateful day that changed Alex forever.

However after hearing Lucy's response and seeing her excitement, Alex's facial expression softened and he realized he might of gone to far. Good grief... I'm treating her like a pet that likes to run away instead of an actual person! Alex thought as he mentally kicked himself. If he had a real family, he might of gone through this phase of going from a simple male adult to being a fatherly figure. He looked over at Orion as the male student questioned Alex's accusatory comment, and that was quickly followed by Lucy having a quick panic attack before she started to sulk out the door. Yep, he went too far. Time to fix it.

"Whoa, hold it Lucy. I over reacted." he said as he placed a comforting hand on her shoulder to stop her from walking towards the door. He then turned to Orion. "I wasn't implying anything with that question. I simply wanted to know if Lucy understood what goes on in a host club, which she clearly does. However my worried state of mind caused me to use the wrong tone and phrase my question incorrectly. My apologies." Alex said to the head of the Host Club, then turned to Lucy. "You're more then welcome to stay Lucy. As a matter of fact, this is the perfect environment for you to work on your communication skills. The library will still be there once you're done here. Enjoy yourself. I'll stay close by if you need me." Alex said kindly, then sighed. "Just please don't run off like that again. You had me worried." Alex finished, then turned to Orion. "Just don't rush her, alright?" Alex asked, then he walked over to a far wall with a bench and took a seat. From there he could keep his eyes on Lucy without disturbing her too much.

Orion Xingguang

Orion Xingguang
Orion didn't know how to react until he saw the girl about to leave and she looked rather sad. "Please wait a minute Prince-" Orion was cut off by the the one who seemed to know the girl. The man was allowing the girl to stay which made Orion relieved that he wouldn't have to try to pick a fight with him. As the man was about to leave he said something to Orion and he responded with "Oh believe me sir I would never even then of trying to rush someone I actually prefer the slower more scenic route." Orion then extended a hand to the girl, bowed and said "Now then shall we star this again?.. My name is Orion Xingguang and for the rest of the time here I ask that you please enjoy yourself and let me know if there is any way I can make you feel more relaxed and happy here. Now then shall I escort you to a table Princess?"

Avy Frost

Hmm? Avery tilted her head as she stared at her host. Heee~ She didn't peg him to be the shy type. The fact that he joined this club meant he had confidence when it came to physical contact and females in general, yet his previous reaction to her usual invasion of privacy proved otherwise. She was about to tease him about it when the guy suddenly asked what she'd like for a snack. Taking a few seconds to ponder, her lips parted to respond. "Tea and sweets would be nice." She smiled and leaned against the couch when he turned to go to another room.

The girl waited patiently for his return all the while listening to Gawain's piano piece. She thought of requesting him to join them on the couch since he seemed to be bored, but recalling back to their first meeting, she didn't exactly leave him a pleasant first impression. Not to mention it would be rude to her current host, as if a connotation that Avy was bored of him thus requested another host. So the blonde decided to just chill on the couch for now.

Once her host returned, Avery straightened and took his offer of the tea. She raised the cup and paused to let the sweet smell sooth her senses before taking a sip. "Hmm. Not bad." Avery gave a small nod of approval and set the tea back on the saucer. She turned to the guy next to her and chuckled. "Ei, look at you going all formal all of a sudden. And stop calling me Milady. My name's just fine."

Avery sat back, crossing her legs and folding her arms. "Music? Yeah. I have a particular preference for EDM and Dubstep, you know, those sounds that have the sickest beats. As for ballad, I'm fine with classical." She looked at him from the corner of her eyes and smirked, her playful side deciding to tease him a bit. "My turn to ask: do you prefer girls in pants or skirts?" She mused, nonchalantly drumming her fingers on her thigh by the hem of her skirt.

Xavier

Xavier
Xavier stretched and rubbed his eyes, then proceeded to trip and fall on the floor as he got out of bed. He still wasn't used to that whole 'sleeping close to the ground' thing, but this new world brought itself many more conveniences than it did issues. For example, instead of having to find a lake and use a certain pulp rub to cleanse himself, there were machines that not only had running water that could be both cold or hot, but also this wonderful thing called 'shampoo' that got his hair much cleaner, and something called 'soap' that was much nicer to his skin. It even came with a door and a curtain for privacy, something he never had in the wild, and it felt nice to get truly clean without worrying if a Grimm or other beast was coming to hunt you down mid-bath.

He got out and dried himself off, leaving his hair the way it was as he never had messed with his hair before, even after they cut it once he was added to the list of students on campus. However this was because his hair pretty much did it's own thing that worked well, so he never had to learn how to style it: a simple but useful quirk.

Xavier got dressed in a proper fashion, still not feeling completely comfortable in these things that people call 'boxers.' He decided he would wear the black suit with the crimson undershirt, having his wings slide through the slots of the undershirt but not that of the jacket portion itself, which kept his wings hidden. He decided to leave his weapon at home for once, storing it in his closet: seriously, what would he have to worry about at some stupid event where men make ladies happy?

Xavier finished the touches on his getup with a rose in his pocket next to the kerchief, then slide on some white gloves to finished it all up nicely as he walked out his dorm room and made his way to the Host Club.

Why did I ever agree to this? I don't like to speak with people, even when I have to. And this is specifically being nice to females, and I'm not really excited about that considering my current track record... Xavier thought to himself as he walked his way over to the Host Club. I'm not good at anything but hunting, but I'm already committed now so I don't have a choice. I guess that it could be...fun? No, this will likely just be a hassle. As his thoughts ended, he found himself outside the doors to the Host Club.

He cracked his neck on both sides, then cracked his knuckles, and walked towards the double doors. He pushed them open rather aggressively, ringing a bit throughout the room. It looked much nicer than it did before: decoration, a piano, and there were even females already present. He looked around, then silently walked over to a table that didn't quite have snacks prepared yet. He prepared the plate with crumpets and jam, ignoring those around him

Lloyd Vanheim

Lloyd Vanheim
Sitting next to his client, Lloyd gave her a smile and a nod as she was enjoying the tea. He knew that it wouldn't probably be as good as Airi, his friend who shared the recipe with him, would have made it, but it was still good, at least to his taste and his client's. As the girl commented on his formal way of speech while adding the request to call her by her name, Lloyd chuckled lightly while facing her to respond. "Fine, I can drop the formality, at least with you. And I would gladly call you by your name, but can I remember you that you never gave it to me in the first place?" He gave her a teasing look as if he pointed her bad memory. She did never gave him her name, but she also can't seem to remember his, so is it a name thing or something else? Well, he probably would never know.

The girl then went and answered to Lloyd's question by naming a few genre of music she liked, causing an approval nod from him. "So sweet soothing melodies and heart pumping beats, quite the contrast, but I can't say I'm surprised somehow." It was clear by her the way she was dressed and her high quality headphones that she was the type to listen to some kind of base drum music or something similar. As for classical, she clearly seemed to enjoy Gawain's play. Lloyd went to take his cup to his mouth pondering of his favorite genre of music, expecting that the girl would return the question, but he clearly wasn't expecting to be asked if he preferred girls in skirts or pants as he nearly choked himself trying to drink his tea. He was then laughing yet embarrassed by the question that took him totally off guard. He also noticed her rolling fingers as he thought to himself. "Where is that coming from? Like anyone would ask that kind of question... Do I even need to answer that? Is she really awaiting me to answer or is she messing with me? Ah, screw this, I'll just look like a fool. Maybe all this'll get a laugh out of her, so it won't be all that bad." Lloyd was still smiling when he cleared his throat before answering, trying to look as casual as he could. "I don't know why you want to know that, but I guess that I think skirts look better on girls than pants. Do what you want with that."

Now Lloyd was pondering if he should go with a casual question like the one he asked before or with a more "interesting" one like the girl did. She wanted him to entertain her, so maybe a exchange of "interesting" information could be entertaining enough for her. He gave her a little smirk before taking a sip of his tea and asked his question with one eye closed. "So, tell me, sub or dom? Unless you're too afraid to answer that..." Lloyd knew that his question was a bit more personal and probably weird, but he just hoped that she would play along without being too weirded out. She did start with the "interesting" question, if she was expecting it to stop there, too bad. They were here to have fun anyway, right?

Gawain Egret

Gawain Egret
When the pianist finally finished choosing his next piece, setting the sheets out on the piano before him, the boy once more turned to the rest of the room to examine the happenings. To his small surprise, the altercation between the young girl, the Professor, and Orion was settled with the young girl being allowed to stay. Gawain was at least happy that she was going to attend, sure that Orion was going to be able to take care of her and make her presence feel completely welcomed; the boy only wished he could do the same for anyone that was going to choose him.

Turning his head towards the rest of the room, Gawain noticed one of his compatriots, another one of the hosts, enter the room. With a gentle wave towards the boy, Gawain lent a small smile before turning his attention towards the remaining duo in the room who seemed like they were enjoying themselves well. They were practically already accustomed to each other's presence, and the mute boy was just glad to see people enjoying their interactions.

As for the mute boy however, he continued to remain a solo host, only having his piano to accompany him. However, regardless of his loneliness, the boy was still ready to spend his time alone, even if he wasn't going to receive any guests that were going to choose him. Turning back to his companion, he gently lifted his fingers onto the keys before going through the song in his mind for a minute in two, becoming entranced with the piece in his head: the theme was lively, made for a more upbeat crowd, and, with the situation as it was, things were looking up for the chosen selection. Nevertheless, once preparations were complete, with one happy nod to himself, Gawain began playing on his own, making the best of the time he had to himself.

Lucille Annabelle Klug

Lucille Annabelle Klug
Lucy was very sad that she had caused her own inability to enjoy the Host Club, so sad in fact that she wasn't sure that she would be able to enjoy going to the library afterwards, having been so excited to try something new. However, when Mr. Davis spoke up, it seemed it didn't have any intentions of making her leave: in fact, he thought it was a good idea for her to stay to help her work on her communication skills, a thought that made Lucy shiver for a moment. All Mr. Davis requested is that she didn't run off again.

"Apologies: Oh Mr. Davis, I really am sorry about running off! Assurance: I promise, I'll make sure to check with you first next time!" she swore as she bowed over and over in an apologetic manner.

That was when Mr. Orion spoke to her again, and offered to seat her at a table, once again extending the offer to make her feel as happy and comfortable as possible...and once again calling her Princess. Lucy blushed again, though not as fiercely as before, and curtsied to Mr. Orion. "Introduction: My name is Lucille Annabelle Klug, but you can call me Lucy if you prefer. Clarification: I-I'm not r-really a princess, b-but th-thank you very much. Affirmation: Y-Yes, I would very much enjoy to be seated at a t-table...i-i-if y-you don't m-mind, that is!"

She was then escorted by the gentlemen Mr. Orion to a very clean table, she was about to pull out the chair and sit down when he stepped ahead of her and pulled out the chair for her and waited for her to sit before attempting to push the chair back in...and struggling with it. Unbeknownst to both of them, she was a 300 lb android, and fortunately the chair was made of some sort of sturdy metals, because if it was wooden there may have been a bit of an issue.

"Assurance: D-Don't worry about it, Mr. Orion, i-it happens to almost e-everyone who t-tries to push in m-my chair. Gratitude: I'm very g-grateful, th-though!" she smiled at the man, then sat up a bit as she scooted her chair in so she was comfortably close to the table before sitting back down. Then Mr. Orion sat down across for her, and she got excited about the idea of being waited on, but she decided to ask a question. "Inquiry: Uh, umm...Mr. Orion, do you really have tea and crumpets here? Anticipation: I would really like some, if you do!" she said with a smile as she hugged Mr. Floppsies, whose hat was still a dark-green hue.

As if almost instantly, a man appeared at their table very suddenly, and Lucy jumped a bit as he hadn't been there previously. He was a taller man, and he had white hair and crimson eyes, and Lucy was a bit intimidated by him. He seemed like he was nice though, as he set a plate of hot crumpets on the table, and asked what jam she would like.

"Inquiry: Uh...uh umm, do y-you h-have blackb-berry j-jam? Request: I-I-I-If you d-don't m-mind, I w-would pref-fer b-blackberry j-jam, pl-please." and with that, the white-haired man reach into his pocket and provided her with three packets of blackberry jam, and he sort of smiled at her, and she smiled back even though it seemed that he didn't smile very much so he had a hard trying to smile. The man then asked her what kind of tea she would like, and Lucy's eyes lit up and her stutters faded a bit as she made her request, which started with a little gasp as she was very excited.

"Excitement: Oh, I've b-been wanting to try this tea forever! Request: I w-would like Oolong t-tea, with the sp-special Tai Guan Yin variation, p-please! Compliance: I-If you c-can't make that tea, I-I'll just take your b-best tea, please!" Lucy happily held onto Mr. Floppsies by his shoulders and wiggled with happiness, as she was very excited about having tea and crumpets, something she wanted to do for a while now but was only able to play pretend. The white-haired man looked at Mr. Orion for a moment, and Mr. Orion nodded his head, and then the white-haired man quickly left.

She grabbed a crumpet and neatly cut it in half, then cut it in fourths, then spread blackberry jam on one of the fourths and popped it into her mouth. She chewed for a bit, then she opened her eyes and her face lit up with joy. She swallowed and shivered happily. "Interjection: Mmm! Surprised: Wow, that was delicious, even better than I had hoped for!" She was going to have another when she remembered that she had to work on her conversational skills.

So, she chose a question. "Inquiry: Umm, Mr. Orion...h-how long...have you b-b-been...a host?" she shifted nervously, hoping her question was good enough.

Crimson Waters

Crimson Waters
Crimson was exploring the school and was bored so he was walking down the corridors of the school and walks past the room where the club is happening and hears there are people in here and wondered if it was fine for him to go into the room so he pushed the door open too a fraction and entered "hey what's going on in here is this some kind of meeting or class or something?" he asked confused "I was just having a look around the school looking for something to do". he noticed the teacher known as Mr Orion was in the room and tried to avoid his line of sight "and am I supposed to be here or should I just go?.

Crimson was considering just using his aura right there and then to disappear and make a hasty retreat but the teacher known as Mr Orion said it was fine for him to come in. What lesson do you teach Mr Orion?" he asked and sat down at a chair. He didn't want to mention the fact he hadn't signed up to any classes yet as he didn't know how the teacher would react. He realised there was only a small amount of people in the room. "why is there only a couple of you guys here and what is this club about?" he asked rubbing the back of his head. "im Crimson Waters by the way what's your names" he smiled. Crimson listened to Orion speek then thought the club was

Xavier

Xavier
Xavier was very much...bored. This was no hunt! There was no thrill, there was no chasing or being chased or tracking, just...preparing food and drink. Surely this wasn't what his entire future detailed, and he groaned at the idea of serving ladies up into his old age...then shivered at the thought of being old.

He looked around to see his guests: both the ladies looked rather proper, although only one seemed to have elegance while the other was...noisy and outlandish. There was a professor who seemed to be watching over the young elegant girl as Mr. Orion sat her to a table, and that was about it: not much more activity other than the blonde boy playing the piano in a graceful manner.

Even with the music playing, Xavier could here the conversations taking place: the one with the cow-headed guy was rather outlandish, fitting the girl he was conversing with, but the girl talking to Orion...

She wanted crumpets and tea, and these crumpets were freshly prepared and waiting to be eaten. Xavier grabbed three of each type of jam they had, and he then grabbed the plate of crumpets and moved quickly to the table they were sitting at. He must have startled her, which he ultimately didn't care about, he only cared that he took her order.

"Here are some crumpets, as you desired, Miss. Would you like some jam with them?" he asked her as he set down the tray and provided a knife, fork and spoon. The girl was borderline an overdose of cuteness, but she didn't seem to be faking any of it, and she managed to stutter out that she wanted blackberry jam. Xavier reached into his pocket and produced three packets of blackberry jam and set them next to the crumpets.

"I heard you desired some tea...any particular kind?" Orion had informed him before that they had many kinds of tea and that it would be easy to make the desired tea in the backroom...however this girl, who was way too excited for just a cup of tea, wanted some tea he had never heard of...and to top it off, wanted it a certain way that was labeled with words he never heard of. He looked at Orion to make sure they had it, and he just nodded to him, so he figured he would find some instructions or something in the backroom. So that is exactly what he did, and when he got to the backroom and looked around, he was able to find the tea leaves he was looking for along with the additives needed, and he had the tea prepping when he heard a loud and goofy voice.

Xavier walked out of the backroom to find a gentleman who thought this entire place was a class that was in session, and that Orion was the teacher. It left everyone in an awkward position, and he could tell the ladies present were...well, no longer in the atmosphere Orion wanted to provide. Xavier looked at Orion, who seemed at a loss of what to do, and Xavier just nodded to him be leaning his neck to one side and cracking it before walking over to this joker. He picked the man out of his seat by his collar before putting his arm around the man's shoulders. "Walk with me." he told the kid as he escorted him to an empty corner of the room away from the guests.

"Look man, this place isn't a classroom: it's a club, a Host Club. Basically, guys come here and entertain ladies with food, drink and company. Nothing wrong, just conversation and the like. I'm not sure how I feel about it just yet, but it's a noble idea. Here's the problem: You kind of came in and disturbed the peace. Now, don't get me wrong, you are welcome here...but as we don't have a female host currently, there isn't much here for you. You can stay, but don't bother or upset any of the ladies here. Do that, and we'll have to ask you to leave, and please don't make us force you to leave because the only one who will enjoy that is me." Xavier cracked his neck the other way, then sighed.

"Like I said, feel free to stay...I mean, as long as Orion is cool with it, you might even be able to help...but you would have to ask him about that. Just remember: don't mess with the ladies." he then took his arm off the guy and headed back to the backroom to work on the girl's tea.

Octavia Kasai

Octavia Kasai
Octavia was extremely bored as usual as she was walking around looking for someone to fight. She wandered into a building that seemed to have quite a few people in it. She looked around a bit not noticing the book that explained everything. She was a bit curious as to what this place was since it wasn't a class she decided to speak and said "Hey! Just what the hell is this place? And who the hell is running this? They really need a talk about their choice in decorations." Octavia said this while thinking Some of these guys look pretty strong... But who ever is leading them should be the strongest right? That means this should be pretty entertaining. A man with teal hair who was siting with a girl excused himself and approached Octavia and explained that he was the leader and what this gathering was. Octavia then said "A host club is that right? And your job is to make sure your guests are happy? Well then lets see.. What would make me happy?.. Oh I know!" Octavia then socked the man and then picked him up and proceeded to choke him while saying "Since you are the leader of this group I want you to fight me! Well come on at least put up some kind of struggle I am getting bored here I promise I won't kill ya just entertain me for a bit and we will be fine."

Orion Xingguang

Orion Xingguang
Orion noticed that the shy girl seemed to be warming up to him a bit and she seemed very excited by all this which caused Orion to think She looks so adorable! She is very excited to be here which is good but does she really have to act so cute?.. Alright let's get to know her... Lucy? She has such a pretty name for such an adorable face... WHY ARE YOU THINKING THAT SAY IT STUPID! Orion then spoke to her "Lucy.. Lucy.. A beautiful name like that suits you. I shall never forget it." Orion led the girl to a table and pulled out her chair for her and once she sat down he attempted to push it in but failed. Orion looked completely confused but knew that it would be a bad idea to ask about the girl's weight so Orion just took his seat. The girl then asked how long Orion had been a host "Well lets see.. This is really the host clubs first opening but me personally I was a host back at home for a few years.. Before th- No I don't want to trouble you with going on about my past.. So my dear Lucy would you like to tell me about yourself and that adorable little rabbit? Or would you like to-"

Orion was cut off when a new girl entered the hall and completely ignored his book demanding to speak to the leader and questioning his decorations. Orion began to stand as he said "Lucy I do apologize but you must excuse me for a moment while I deal with a new guest. It won't take long I promise so please be patient." Orion then approached the girl and noticed that the girl was rather tall and due to his own height he was about up to her chest which made it really hard not to notice her assets. Orion's mind was screaming at him LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE STUPID! DON'T JUST STARE! MY GOD HOW OLD ARE YOU?! JUST LOOK INTO HER EYES FOR PETE'S SAKE! Orion looked at the girl and finally said "I am what you would technically call the leader of this group. As for what it is this my dear is a host club which is a place people usually female can come and meet with a guy when they are bored. It is our job to make our guests happy. I am sorry if the decor is not to you liking but let that not stop you from having a good time here." Orion was about to go back to the girl he was originally with when he heard the taller one speak again and then hit him. Orion didn't expect the attack and ended up taking the hit directly to his face. Stunned and now with blood dripping from his nose Orion was then picked up and began to be strangled. One of Orion's hands reached at his side for his weapon but it wasn't there Of course you didn't bring your weapon this is a host club not a fight club! Orion not being able to breath slowly began to pass out while thinking Damn it! I bet I look pretty pathetic to Lucy.

Dean Mattox

Dean Mattox
He was really...really late. He had no real reason but that he slept in like a numb-nards. He had no idea what was happening, but hoped everything wasn't up in flames. If it was, that was a record. He did note something. He stood in his room when he noticed it. He had a shirt to wear for once, and not his giant blue coat. He decided to not wear his coat for one day, even if it meant lowering his defense.

Not that he rightly cared about defense. He was a tough fella, and on top of that, he was a bigger fella. Although, upon getting to the club, he noticed something was off. Rather, something was in. It was big and... was that that one girl?

The one who started the fire.

Maybe?

Who knew, all he knew, is that she was assaulting Orion. Couldn't have that happening. So, he made a descision. He walked behind her, and swung his arm behind her head, and would attempt to put her in a head-lock. If able to do that, he'd attempt to shove her to the wall and hold her there while speaking.

"You really 'ought to not hurt Orion. He's the top host, the head host rather, and he's cool. So don't hurt him, or I may have to hurt you. I'm big enough to do it, as seen by me and putting you into the headlock. So you stop it. You can host, but don't physically abuse the hosts that can't handle it. If you want a host to fight you, do come to me. I'm the toughie." He said the last word somewhat sarcastically, but it held true in his head.

"No, I'm sure I gave it to you. You're just rude enough to forget," Avy said playfully in response to his notion about her name. On the other hand, after dropping her own question, Avery smiled at the reaction she got from him. She expected as much. This guy was sometimes easy to read.

While waiting for him to ponder over the simple question, the blonde took her sanitizer from her pocket and applied it to her hands before reaching for a slice of the strawberry shortcake. She glanced at him briefly as he began to answer her question and she gave a small nod when he finished. "Ah. Well, that wasn't meant as a serious question but since you answered with such valour, props to you," Avery responded with a giggle.

The girl trailed her attention back to her cake as she rolled the fork on her fingers thinking of what to ask next. Her eyebrows shot up a little at his return question. While she expected him to ask something back, she was slightly surprised at his choice of... bold words. It was clear to her what his purpose was and if he wanted to go that route, two could play that game.

"Hmm? What ever do you mean by that?" Avery asked with a small smile as she looked at him with an innocently questioning look. "It seems you know something that I don't. Care to elaborate?"

Crimson Waters

Crimson Waters
Crimson saw that things were getting ugly he didn't like that the guy who pulled him aside was a bit douchey he waved Orion's hands off of him as he grabbed him "hey don't touch me like that" and he was getting angry at the guy and he watched as the big girl walked up and punched Orion for no reason at which point he thought what is wrong with these people?! he thought that everyone in the room must have liked things posh which he didn't really care for. Then he saw the club go on like the thing that had happened didn't so he decided it was best for him to leave as he didn't feel comfortable in the situation that was going on and he didn't know anyone there so there wasn't much point in him being there. So he used his semblance to turn invisible and ran out of the room as quick as he could.
